Amazing atmosphere felt like we were stepping into another magical dimension! The waitress Eva was so sweet and courteous, the wine she suggested was a delicious Cabernet Merlot. The food was a mixture of goosebumps and excitement, especially for me that I never had the pleasure to taste the Süd Tirol cuisine. We ordered the Canederli and the Gröstl and for dessert we had the Strudel and the Parfait with gingerbread if it was for me I would have never stop eating. I am really happy to had the chance to discover this gem of the mountains and the owner a great woman that kept throughout the years the authenticity of the traditions. Thank you I will definitely come back to visit and definitely stay for more than a dinner.

Frühstück, Restaurant, Wellnessbereich alles top. Abstriche bei der Zimmerausstattung und teilweise unprofessionelles Personal. Zum Beispiel nützt ein Schreibtisch wenig, wenn es keinen Stuhl dazu gibt. Bei freundlicher Nachfrage wurden wir einfach stehen gelassen und der Zustand wurde nicht behoben. Das Zimmer wirkte um etliches kleiner als auf den Bildern, ein Fön fehlte usw.

Das Hotel ist schnell und gut erreichbar gelegen. Wir wurden herzlich an der Rezeption empfangen und erhielten erste Informationen. Aufgrund des Wetters entschieden wir uns den restlichen Tag im Spa-Bereich zu verbringen, der über einen Innen- und Außenpool sowie über zwei Saunen und ein Dampfbad verfügte. Insbesondere der Außenpool ist beheizt, was bei herbstlichen Temperaturen extrem erholsam und entspannend war. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Unser Zimmer verfügte noch über einen überdachten Balkon, den wir bei einem längeren Aufenthalt bei besseren Wetter definitiv genutzt hätten. Das Frühstück war jedoch das absolute Highlight. Sehr sehr vielseitig und ganz besonders liebevoll. Abschließend ist zu sagen, dass die Chefin ihre Gäste jeden Morgen und Abend persönlich begrüßt. Wir haben wir uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt und werden das Botango weiterempfehlen und wiederkommen.

Wir sind hier Wiederholungstäter ;-) Tolles Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal! Das Zimmer zur Gartenseite ist wirklich ruhig und man hat einen schönen Blick auf den Pool + die Berge. Das Langschläferfrühstück bis 11 Uhr haben wir mehrfach genutzt (sehr zu empfehlen)! Vom Hotel aus kann man direkt in die Waalwege starten - teil mit schönen Buschenschank(en). Die im Hotel untergebrachten Restaurants (Italienisch + Südtiroler Küche) sind auch sehr zu empfehlen. Von unserer Seite aus gab es wirklich nichts auszusetzen - eine Wiederholung mehr als wahrscheinlich!

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und suchten ein Hotel für zwei Nächte! Durch viele Staus waren wir später unterwegs als gedacht…. Als wir vor dem Hotel standen sind wir rein und fragten nach einem Zimmer…. Die Dame nannte uns einen Preis der 80.- teurer war als bei Booking! Als ich Ihr das sagte, meinte Sie , dass Sie uns den Preis auch geben könnte! Ich hasse das!!! Man kann es ja mal versuchen…. Es gab ein Restaurant und eine Pizzeria! Bei Ankunft reservierten wir einen Platz im Restaurant…. Als wir ins Restaurant kamen , sagte man uns es wäre kein 2 er Tisch frei…. Wir sollten uns in die wirklich nicht schöne Pizzeria setzen…. Es gab noch genug freie 4er Tische im Restaurant und sie wurden an diesem Abend auch nicht mehr besetzt!! Da das Wetter recht gut war, fragten wir bei Anreise ob der Aussenpool schon geöffnet sei…. Die Antwort war ja! Es gab noch gar keinen Aussenpool…. Großbaustelle! Den Garten konnte man auch nicht benutzen! Hinzu kommt noch das das Hotel direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt und Fenster öffnen unmöglich macht! Die Ausfahrt war mit dem Auto war eine Katastrophe…. Der Verkehr machte es fast unmöglich abzufahren!! Uns hat es nicht gefallen und der hohe Preis war auch nicht passend!!

Non so se la mia valutazione di un 4 stelle è corretta, avrà anche la piscina e spa ( molto limitate), ma se per una bottiglia d'acqua si deve scendere al bar (servita in camera vuoto e distributore automatico sul piano che non funziona). Colazione al mattino limitata , nessun servizio si deve prendere tovagliato e posate da noi, tostapane antidiluviano e appena si usa ecco una signora a spengerlo. Ma se questo è un 4 stelle.

Ich habe mich hier unglaublich wohl gefühlt! Die gesamte Hotelanlage/SPA ist ein Kunstwerk und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und nett! Das Essen war stets ausgezeichnet! Ich komme bestimmt wieder vorbei! Noch ein Tipp für Wanderer: es gibt in der Umgebung tolle Wanderwege, die man direkt vom Hotel aus erreichen kann.

Mooi schoon hotel, alles lijkt nieuw en er hangt een heerlijke botanische sfeer. Fijn dat er zowel een buiten SMD binnenzwembad is met mooie ligweides. Het ontbijt is elke dag gevarieerd en wordt tot 11.00 aangevuld. In het restaurant zelf zit zowel een pizzeria als restaurant met Oostenrijkse gerechten. Heerlijke plek om de omgeving te ontdekken of lekker te relaxen aan het zwembad.

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierher. Schöne Zimmer, nette Menschen, ausgezeichnete Küche, sehr umfangreiches Frühstück, gute Lage für Tagesausflüge. Pool- und Wellnessbereich runden das Angebot ab. Es war sicher nicht unser letzter Besuch im Botango.
