ein wunderbares Hotel, schöne Lage, grosszügige und gut ausgestattete Zimmer, sehr guter und stets zuvorkommender Service, wunderbares und kreatives Essen am Abend, sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, dazu der schöne Wellnessbereich - ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen ab der ersten Minute!

Eccellente hotel da tutti i punti di vista: personale gentile, disponibile e mai invadente; pasti di qualità, vari e abbondanti; ambienti puliti, rilassanti e arredati con gusto. Siamo già tornati due volte e non vediamo l'ora di essere di nuovo a Parcines (dall'albergo si possono fare tranquille passeggiate nei dintorni, il paesino è curatissimo, oppure ci sono tutte le attività comprese con la GuestCard)

Es war einfach sensationell von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Inbegriffen das heimelige Zimmer, das Essen und der jeweilige Service. Die Wellnessanlage genau richtig! Nicht zu gross und nicht zu klein. Für Wanderer, die gerne vom Hotel weg wandern, ist allerdings zu sagen, dass es rundherum steil ist.

Questo hotel ha superato tutte le nostre aspettative. La struttura è circondata dalle montagne. Fare colazione sulla terrazza con questa meravigliosa vista è impareggiabile. L hotel si contraddistingue per un arredamento curato, moderno e piacevole alla vista. Altrettanto impeccabile è il servizio e la pulizia complessiva della struttura. Una piacevole Jacuzzi unitamente ad una spa ben strutturata rendono il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Degna di nota è la ristorazione che si contraddistingue per una cucina gourmet innovativa e particolarmente gustosa.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per caso; eravamo di passaggio. Prima di prendere il sentiero per la cascata abbiamo ordinato un orzo macchiato soia, un caffé macchiato ed una tazzina di latte montato per il mio bimbo di 2 anni. Il conto é stato di 8.80 euro. 3.50 caffé orzo macchiato (mai pagato cosí tanto un orzo!) 3.50 una tazzina di latte (stiamo scherzando vero? Neanche fosse stato munto al momento dalla mucca Lola) 1.80 caffé macchiato (e ci sta) Abbiamo chiesto se ci fosse stato un errore ma ci é stato detto che il prezzo del latte é come quello di un cappuccino. Sconsiglio vivamente!

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr zuvorkommend. Tolle Zimmer. Ab 15h00 wird ein Nachmittags-Kuchen-Buffet angeboten. Sehr interessantes Abendessen im Rahmen der Halbpension. Toller Wellnessbereich. Meran-Card (für die Öffi´s) inklusive.

Quando siamo arrivati ci hanno dato una camera a nostro dire “ normalissima” a loro dire una suite e si’ che ne abbiamo girati di alberghi e le suite di solito sono ben diverse,vista praticamente inesistente, inoltre pur avendo il balcone era in posizione poco ventilata, non so se ha contato il fatto di esserci andati con un cane. Però la nota veramente dolente è stato il cibo, la cucina aveva molte pretese, una versione rivisitata e rielaborata dei piatti locali, belli da vedere ma non altrettanto da mangiare. In tutta la settimana abbiamo mangiato sempre benissimo in altri locali, la cucina dell Alto Adige è deliziosa e i dolci sono da paura, per fare un ultimo esempio a colazione non c era neanche una torta locale! In conclusione, albergo abbastanza anonimo, personale freddino. Piscina notevole, con una bella spa è un bel giardinetto. Noi di sicuro non ci torneremo.

Wir erlebten hier herrliche Urlaubstage in der Berglandschaft, da die gute Ausgangslage unseres Hotels uns ein riesiges Angebot an Möglichkeiten zum Skifahren ermöglichte, wie z.B. der Schnalstaler Gletscher, Sulden am Ortler, Schöneben am Reschenpass oder das Passeiertal. Zum Frühstück und Abends ( 5 Gänge Menü) verwöhnte das Küchenteam uns mit erstklassigen Köstlichkeiten . Nach einem Skitag war Entspannung und Relaxen in dem wundervollen Spa angesagt. Ein Innenpool, zwei finnische Saunen und eine Dampfsauna mit einem Aussenwhirlpool bieten dafür alle Möglichkeiten. Den Tag haben wir am Abend an der Bar ausklingen lassen. Das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal unter der freundlichen Leitung des neuen Direktors Forcher sind das Herzstück dieses Hotels. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
