"Hotel location is relatively biased, the hotel is relatively old, the hall feels that the lighting is not very bright, there is a fish tank behind the front desk, the room design is very strange, a room, the bed is relatively high, to go up four steps, the bathroom has a toilet is very strange design,  The bathtub is in front of the bathroom door. When taking a shower, the water 💦 is almost in the room. The breakfast restaurant seat is very stylish. The boss wants the restaurant hotel to be very stylish, the design is not very ideal!"

"We stayed here for 2 nights during the KCD Live Fanfest 2025. The staff were very serviceminded and nice. They made us feel very welcome and took very good care us during our stay. The rooms were very comfortable, modern feeling and clean. If you travel by car they have an outside parking that is free that you can use during your stay. From Caslav it's very close to Kutna Hora and the roads are very good. We will gladly return to this hotel in the future when we visit the Czech Republic again! This was a very good first impression for us visiting the Czech Republic!"

Even with the hotel fully booked, the atmosphere remained pleasant, organized, and relaxing. The environment was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their attitude made a huge difference and contributed greatly to the success of our event. The surrounding nature is absolutely beautiful, offering a peaceful setting, while the hotel itself provides plenty of activities and entertainment. There are also many great opportunities for trips and excursions in the nearby area. We truly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend this hotel for corporate events and also private vacations. "The hotel is a short walk the town square and receptionist recommended a good restaurant nearby. They have on-site parking but you must pay for it. The hotel and rooms have a certain decor which I found strange and unsettling. The bed was extremely firm. There was limited temperature control but fortunately I was able to open the window and bring the temperature down to something more comfortable. There is a large breakfast which includes continental and American foods. The WIFI and phone didn't work the first night which was very inconvenient, but they fixed it the subsequent days. Other than the very unappealing aesthetic of the hotel, the services were fine and the staff was good."

"The hotel apparently assigned itself 4 stars, but the room's equipment corresponds to a maximum of 2 stars. There are no wardrobes in the rooms, only one small shelf. The basic equipment that belongs to a four-star hotel is missing, starting with the missing television (I haven't slept in a hotel in the last 20 years, or at least I don't remember anything like that), there is no minibar or safe in the room. When we arrived in the room, we found out that one set of towels was missing, we had to go to the reception, because there was no phone in the room that could be used to contact the reception. Take away two stars and everything will be fine. I definitely do not recommend the hotel."
