Location was decent, room size decent, however room was not very functional, too much empty space that could have been better utilised (eg hangers, chairs etc)

They had no hot water, and didn't even have the courtesy to send us an email!

The service was terrible, the hotel has nothing to do with the images, the rooms are super small and the bathroom leaves something to be desired. The hotel looks more like a 1 star hotel. It's not worth the price you pay for it

The staff were friendly and efficient. The room, bathroom and the rest of the infrastructure were clean and neat. The lunch was plentiful (just that the tables are very close together but otherwise everything was really good. The hotel is located not far from a covered parking lot and several restaurants. Very nice neighborhood

For starters, the rooms were well-decorated and spacious; thumbs up for the cleaning which was impeccable ! The spa was a really nice additional experience to the stay, 10 / 10 would recommend. As a bonus, the owners are really sweet and ready to give the best customer experience.
