Andy was amazing from the second we checked in. He was super friendly and went out of his way to help us. He gave us a dinner recommendation where the food was delicious and greeted us by name throughout the entire trip, he was so chatty and friendly and made us feel so welcome. The hotel is in the perfect location, just a short walk from the train station which takes you to and from the airport. It is also ideal walking distance to the main part of the city (eiffel tower etc.) and there are lots of metros scattered around to get you to exactly where you'd like to go. We personally found the hotel to be perfect and couldn't name a single fault. I have stayed in a few different Citizen M's and knew exactly what to expect. We had a laugh at some of the negative reviews on here, if you are looking for luxury, pay luxury prices. However, if you are looking for a hotel with friendly staff, a clean room, a clean and comfy bed, a good shower and a peaceful nights sleep then this hotel is perfect. There was plenty of space to store our suitcases and hang up some of our clothes. There is also a huge drawer under the bed where you could fold up clothes/store your suitcases. The tap water is safe to drink however we just purchased bottles of water from the shop straight across the road and stored them in the fridge under the sink. The bar is downstairs and you can grab drinks/snacks from there or there are loads of restaurants/bars/shops surrounding the hotel. All in all the perfect hotel for our trip in an amazing location with super friendly staff. I would 100% recommend.

While this hotel is super charming and clean, I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you are expecting air conditioning. My a/c unit in the Verdeau room was set at 16 Celsius, but it didn’t blow cool air at all, in fact, it barely blew any air at all. Management insisted it was working fine, but the room was a freaking sauna. I had to leave the door to my room open to get a bit of circulation from the lobby, which was perfectly cool (with the a/c in there unit set at 22). My room was completely uninhabitable during the day and only barely tolerable at night because I had my own tiny misting fan (which blew stronger and cooler than the a/c unit). They wouldn’t send a technician to fix it or even provide a larger fan. Also, the windows do not open so there is no way to get any air in the room. It was absolutely misery. I’m so glad I was only here for 2 nights. I moved on to another hotel that was icy cold with the a/c set at 19 celcius, so I’m quite sure Casa O just needs to maintain their equipment better. The housekeeper was lovely and, while she couldn’t do much, she did attempt to make me more comfortable by bringing me water and covering the windows as best she could. While I liked the hotel otherwise, I wouldn’t risk staying here after April or before November when Paris might have a heatwave. Also, there is no one available to attend to issues after hours. No one ever answers the phone number provided. The area was fine, though not my favorite. It was convenient to a metro, though not a very useful line. I didn’t feel super safe walking around alone at night or in the early morning. It was my first time staying on the right bank and I’ve discovered I’m more of a left bank girl. I’ll choose the 5th or 6th for all future stays.

I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. I don’t know how to have breakfast, but on the day of arrival, the front desk enthusiastically delivered small snacks and juices. The taste is good, the room is small, the location is particularly good, it is within walking distance to the Louvre, the staff is friendly, there are many restaurants and The supermarket is particularly convenient.

Wonderful stylish hotel with beautiful rooms in the vibey yet elegant 2nd arrondisement. Great central location with huge variety of restaurants, cafes and food shops nearby. The hotel is beautifully appointed....a classic Parisian building with chic deco and modern touches. Our room was comfortable and tranquil. The staff were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the bar, with its great cocktail list, friendly bartenders and snacks. Highly recommended!

Every morning, the hotel will pack your time bag with banana blueberry oatmeal and juice. If you want to eat bread, the croissant cinnamon roll in the restaurant is very good. It is very convenient to buy down the dinner. I also recommend meat! !
Hotel des Grands Boulevards Experimental

Without breakfast, the Paris hotel features a small room with no extra beds, a high house and a large bathroom. There is a kettle in the room to boil water. Going down the door downstairs is the supermarket, you have to eat. There is no parking lot on the side of the road on the avenue. Going left for 5 minutes is the Grands Boulevards station of Metro Line 9. It is very convenient to travel.
