GGuest UserPublic transportation isn't very convenient, especially at night when returning to the hotel. Buses often run late, requiring a long, hilly hike. Daytime buses are available, but they're not very frequent. It's quite a distance up a hill from the central area, and quite far. The shower in the bathroom makes a strange mechanical noise when you turn it on, but having two sinks is a plus. The bed in the room had some black spots, but it was quite large. It's just a low floor, with no view or privacy from the window. The second floor faces a busy garage. The next morning, my credit card was inexplicably charged over $270, in addition to the $100 deposit. I emailed the manager, but there was no explanation, just an apology and a refund. It was very confusing.

Eeee999The location is pretty good; it's within walking distance to the Central Station, although the uphill walk might be a bit tiring with heavy luggage. The front desk service was excellent, and the Hong Kong gentleman who helped us made communication very smooth. We stayed in an accessible twin room, which was quite spacious, but the showerhead in the bathroom was old and had tape wrapped around a damaged connection. Since we had an early flight the next morning and couldn't make breakfast, the front desk kindly provided us with packed milk and cereal. Overall, it offers good value for money!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel offers a free bus service right from its doorstep to the city center. I believe I was the first guest to stay in my room after its renovation, and I even received a complimentary bottle of red wine! 💕 Breakfast was simple, but since the city is so close, I don't think it's really necessary. You can even walk to the city center. Just go through the park in front of the hotel, then head down the hill. In about 15 minutes, you'll reach City Hall. It's a straightforward route, so you won't get lost. I had a pancake breakfast at the restaurant in City Hall. The amenities were plentiful, and the shower worked perfectly. Plus, the sunset view from my room was absolutely stunning, allowing me to relax completely, both body and mind. There's also a small chapel right next to the hotel ⛪️

GGuest UserThe room was next to the garbage station, which caused the smell of the garbage to smell in the living room. It felt very bad. The door lock is a bit difficult to open, the room lighting is a bit dark, the lights sometimes flash, the small room is not air-conditioned, a bit stuffy. Overall, it is OK, but I don't think about staying again.
