chegamos no hotel para fazer check in e o hotel informou que o cartao tinha sido recusado e nao havia cobrança a reserva. mostrei a minha fatura do cartao com o debito e mesmo assim queriam cobrar novamente. achei um absurdo isso. tive que entrar em contato com a trip.com para resolver o problema que era pra eles resolverem. no final acou dando tudo certo.

Clean hotel, good quality coffee, only when stander has drawer air conditioning, it makes a lot of noise, but the luxury room has split air conditioning, very good.
