The hotel facilities are very intimate, there is a free laundry room and free parking, which is particularly convenient for people who travel. The security guard was very enthusiastic and saw that we took the initiative to help with our luggage. The attitude was gentle and responsible. The front desk staff is attentive, the check-in efficiency is high, the whole process is patiently answering questions, and the attitude is kind. The room is clean and tidy, the environment is quiet and comfortable, the overall details are in place, the price is super high, I will choose here next time, highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe facilities are super new, and the front desk lady service is also super nice ～ It takes only 5 minutes to take a taxi from Aksu Railway Station. It is too friendly to friends who catch the train! 👏
[Advantages] There are washing machines and dryers, which is really life-saving for long-distance travel!
[Small suggestion] Because of the new decoration, the taste has not completely dissipated, sensitive friends may pay attention. In addition, if there is a master switch in the room that can turn off all lights with one click, it will be perfect!

The front desk lady is kind and patient! All questions are very positive responses! When the first day arrived, the plane was late and arrived at one o'clock in the morning. The hotel sent a driver to pick it up early! Really like home!
The breakfast is very rich and the service ladies are also very good! Super super good! Super recommended place! Renewed! I will live next time I come back!

But the washroom design in the room is very inhumane. Washing, toilet, and shower are separated into three areas, which is good. However, there is no place to put towels and clothes in the bathroom. You have to go out to the wash basin to put them, but there is no door to the wash basin. Is it possible? I ran out naked to put on clothes. The toilet and shower room had brown glass doors that were completely transparent when there was light. In other words, when I went to the toilet or shower, I could see everything outside. You can imagine that I was carrying a 16-year-old How embarrassing it is for my child

NNengrenyishiThis was my first time visiting Aksu, and after considerable deliberation, I chose this hotel primarily because its exterior gave the impression of a proper, legitimate establishment. For those who prefer higher-floor accommodations, this is an excellent option. The rooms are generously sized, feature impressive spatial design, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was adequate but unremarkable, lacking any standout features. However, on the second morning, I was unfortunately disturbed by rather noisy housekeeping staff, which was a minor downside to my stay. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't provide a review for it. Despite that, I would recommend this as a four-star hotel.

HHSU HuilingThe room was OK, and any equipment missing was immediately delivered by robots. The only drawback was that the hotel was a little slow in serving food during breakfast the next day, causing guests to scramble for it. Some even ate while standing or carried their food to the lobby!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel has been built for a long time, and both the software and hardware need to be upgraded. There was a big hole in one corner of the elevator, and the room was filled with the atmosphere of the 1990s. Because I was tired from traveling for days, I slept soundly at night.
