"As a Ctrip Diamond customer and Atour member, I prefer to travel through reputable platforms like Ctrip and with reliable nationwide hotel chains like Atour. My 9-day trip to Southern Xinjiang went smoothly, culminating in a stay at the Atour Hotel in Aksu. Check-in was easy, and the receptionist even kindly recommended several local restaurants, reminding us that the room had central heating and the temperature couldn't be adjusted, suggesting we use the air conditioning if it was too hot. However, to my utter dismay, the consistently highly rated Atour Hotel Aksu turned off the air conditioning at night, leaving us unable to regulate the room temperature. In the northern climate with central heating, we spent the entire night awake in temperatures around 30 degrees Celsius. The air in the room was practically suffocating; it felt like our throats were on fire. We ended up having to leave the door and windows open, and were forced to check out early at 6 AM to catch our flight. As a hotel that frequently operates in northern China, I don't know why they turned off the air conditioning, and their failure to address our complaint after we contacted the front desk is truly disappointing!"

"I'm a bit lost for words about this night. First, let's get the good news out of the way. Due to a group booking and limited availability, the hotel upgraded our room. The facilities were new, and parking was very convenient. But let's talk about the shortcomings, which are perhaps even more important to the hotel's guest experience. 1. Is the Tmall Genie immature? I couldn't get it to turn on the TV. Even worse, at 5:00 a.m., while I was sound asleep, it suddenly turned on the lights, curtains, and TV, and started making voice calls. I was startled! I had to get up and turn them off one by one. 2. The breakfast items were small in quantity and variety. Even more outrageous, the ”Home Inn noodles” were not available. When asked why, they said they didn't know. Home Inn constantly promotes and boasts about this bowl of noodles, from the rooms to the restaurant. Essentially, this bowl of noodles is Home Inn's promise and invitation. How could they just say it's gone? When I asked the front desk, they said it was because the hotel was new, then because there were few guests, and they couldn't come up with a reasonable excuse. 3. The pillows were uncomfortable! One pillow had a cassia seed core, which was too high and hard to use, and the other had a latex core, which had no slope and was too hard, making it impossible to sleep for most of the night."

"Our last stop in Southern Xinjiang was a very pleasant stay! They offered complimentary breakfast, and when we asked for local food recommendations, they suggested 'Warehouse No. 3 Restaurant,' which had excellent ambiance, service, and dishes. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. Since we had a late flight, the front desk attendant kindly arranged for a late check-out after learning about our situation. It was a truly delightful experience."

"Booked a deluxe twin room for a trip with friends during the National Day holiday, and requested a non-smoking room. The 8th floor room they assigned was pretty good. Since we traveled during the off-peak period, there weren't many guests. Breakfast until 11 am was a huge plus. The room was very new and clean. "Service: Checked in on New Year's Eve. As soon as we walked to the hotel entrance, the Uyghur security brother and the aunt with a Henan accent came down to help us with the suitcases. The front desk staff all wore red scarves and wished us a happy new year, which felt very cordial. We were originally planning to stay for nine nights, but had to leave for a few days due to some urgent matters. It was the beautiful front desk lady Wang Yunxia who helped us negotiate the refund with the hotel booking platform, and it was resolved smoothly in the end. I brought some New Year's goods that needed to be refrigerated and the handsome guy at the front desk helped me take them to the restaurant, refrigerated them and marked them. The breakfast is also good. The staff will proudly say that the flower rolls and steamed buns are all made by themselves, and there is freshly ground coffee. The front desk service is very flexible and personal. Facilities: The laundry room has the same LG commercial washing and drying set as Huazhu Club, which is very convenient. It is recommended to put some sticky notes and pens next to it and clean the dryer filter regularly. The room provides wet wipes for cleaning the toilet, so you don't have to wrap the toilet seat with napkins anymore. The room has a wardrobe which allows you to hang more clothes than an open hanging area. The window in the room is a little small, the toilet flush is a little weak, but everything else is good. I wish 2025 will be better and better!"
