The hotel lobby is spacious, perfect for reading or working. The robot delivery service was also very convenient. The breakfast selection, including fruits, was delicious and to my liking. The staff were exceptionally enthusiastic and helpful. Thumbs up!

The ladies were very welcoming. The kids also liked it very much. They asked to stay for another day. However, they had to continue going north. They chose to stay at the Seasons Hotel all the way. Great travel package. Breakfast was also great.

This hotel is right next to the Aksu Old Street Night Market, just a few minutes' walk away. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the staff were polite. Parking was convenient for those driving, although there was a parking fee. Overall, it was a good experience.

The front desk lady is kind and patient! All questions are very positive responses! When the first day arrived, the plane was late and arrived at one o'clock in the morning. The hotel sent a driver to pick it up early! Really like home! The breakfast is very rich and the service ladies are also very good! Super super good! Super recommended place! Renewed! We booked a family suite, which was quite large. The shower was a bit small, and water leaked from the bottom if we showered for a while. Everything else was good. The parking lot downstairs was huge, and it was very conveniently located near the Old Street Night Market.

This hotel is super easy to find, right by the main road and diagonally opposite the stadium. They have their own charging stations, and the parking lot is quite spacious and convenient. The facilities are comprehensive, and the room was clean and hygienic. All the towels, bath towels, and bathrobes came sealed in individual plastic bags, which was a nice touch. The room itself was quite large, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even offered complimentary shoe shining for guests – truly thoughtful! Breakfast was also good. Highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is very close to the train station, just a few hundred meters away. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The hotel facilities and environment are very good, and it is kept very clean. The front desk service is excellent.

The room was nice, clean and spacious enough. At first the TV didn't work, the front desk was very enthusiastic and sent someone to fix it. The breakfast was also very good and rich. I took my elders out for a trip and they loved the breakfast. The only downside was that we booked two rooms, and the guest upstairs in one of them was very noisy. They made noise all night, which affected our rest. The soundproofing of hotels is generally not very good, which is understandable. The main reason is that the guests were too uncultured and made noise all night. 😡

The room was clean, the bedding was spotless, and the facilities were complete. Parking in the courtyard was both safe and convenient, and the security guard personally directed parking, showing great responsibility. The staff at the bar were very friendly and welcoming.
