GGuest UserAfter being out in the wilderness, it was great to finally experience some civilization! This hotel offers excellent service. As soon as we arrived, someone helped us with our luggage from the car. The hotel environment is also very good, and the front desk service deserves a special shout-out! We overslept and were about to miss breakfast, but the front desk quickly sorted it out for us. When we left, in addition to the souvenirs we bought, they even put several bottles of water in our car. The service was absolutely impeccable!

First of all, the most amazing thing is the overall environment of the hotel and the unique sailing tent design. From a distance, the white sailing tents are scattered, and the shape is chic and full of romance. Like the white sailing boat parked in nature, the face value is directly full. The twin room we stayed in was much more spacious than expected. There was no cramped feeling of traditional tents at all. The layout was reasonable and warm. The simple design style blended natural elements. It was stylish and comfortable. It was suitable for both friends and parent-child travel.
The facilities inside the room are very complete, and the waiter also prepared earplugs and mosquito repellent for us. The details are full of care. The bedding of the twin bed is soft and tidy, and the zero-pressure mattress is used. The hardness is moderate, and the fatigue when lying on it will dissipate instantly. The quality of sleep at night is particularly good. The room is equipped with smart air conditioning, convenient temperature adjustment, no matter the weather can maintain a comfortable room temperature. The separate bathroom is designed to separate dry and wet, clean and tidy without odor, the bathroom facilities are complete, the hot water supply is stable and the water output is large, and the washing experience is very comfortable. In addition, the room is also equipped with basic daily necessities, neatly arranged, easy to use, really exquisite and practical.
The most surprising thing is the view of the room. Open the tent door and the beautiful beach and lake water to drink tea in the sunset, watching the sun slowly fall, the stars and moon are really wonderful.
The service is also impeccable, the staff is warm and intimate throughout the photo did not say back, by the way, turn around. Check-in is efficient and fast, and the staff will patiently explain the use of room facilities and surrounding play suggestions. There is any demand during the stay, the response is very timely, the service attitude is gentle and friendly, and people feel very kind. The daily cleaning work is done in place, the room is always clean and tidy, and the details are also handled well, making people feel at ease and comfortable.

The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient and fast, there are questions and answers, and the local play guide is intimate. The room was a surprise, and the facilities were brand new and complete. There's a supermarket downstairs, and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The room was large and comfortable for me, and it felt quite safe. I'd love to come back to Golmud again; it's a city I really like!

But then I want to talk about its shortcomings: First of all, I guess it is actually a city convenience hotel that has ended its cooperation, so it changed its name to ”Chengshi”, and lost unified quality control. This led to problems such as deformed windows and poor hygiene. In addition, the laundry room is actually just a decoration, because there was half a bucket of rancid acid water left in one washing machine, the door of another could not be opened, and a foul odor emanated from the groove for detergent. However, the hotel did not raise prices during the May Day holiday, which is a very conscientious behavior. So I didn't give it a very low score. If you don't have high requirements for the above situation, you can still try it.
