We were first told by the lady at the front counter that we could not stay in since we had passports from another country. It was a hotel rule. After arguing that we already made a reservation, she still told us to get an hotel elsewhere. After telling her many times to call her boss, one very helpful lady came to help and found our reservation and could let us in.
Please train your employee better, or better select them.
The rest of the stay and the breakfast were ok.

I was worried that it would be too dirty and I didn't want to deal with it. Unexpectedly, not only did she not dislike it, I even let me hold the baby and rest on the sofa while she handled it by herself. I asked how to compensate for the soiled items, and she said don't worry, I will just take care of it and put you on new bedding right away.
