I am very grateful to the beautiful ladies at the hotel front desk. They sent me honey water to sober me up when I checked in late at night. They also asked about my condition when I checked out in the morning and gave me a bottle of hot water. It was very warm.

The reason I deducted three points for service is related to the Chinese restaurant and the person who identified himself as Manager Qu at the front desk. The Chinese restaurant stopped serving diners around 7 PM. When I inquired about the restaurant's opening hours at the front desk, Manager Qu was sarcastic and dismissive. Not only did I not get to eat, but I was also berated, which was infuriating.
