Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's design is very stylish, and the lobby is both grand and welcoming. The front desk staff was incredibly kind, and the room was even more spacious than expected, with a superb view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and bright, with excellent dry and wet separation, strong shower pressure, and good quality toiletries. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and tasted delicious. The service staff were friendly and responsive. The location is also very convenient, quiet yet with easy access to transportation. It offers incredible value for money, and you can truly feel the attention to detail everywhere. Highly recommended, I will definitely choose to stay here again next time! From check-in to check-out, you can feel the hotel's dedication throughout. It's definitely a top-notch choice for both business trips and leisure vacations! I've already recommended it to friends and will certainly be back.

The room was well soundproofed, and the bedding was clean and hygienic. I like the firmness of the bed; this is my second stay, and I slept very well. The environment is nice, and it's convenient for walking my little Teddy. The greenery outside is also nice. The breakfast was plentiful, the noodles were very flavorful, and the coffee wasn't sour. I especially want to praise Xiao Xie and Xiao Wang; their service was exceptional. I hope to meet you again next time I stay here! 🤗

The hotel boasts a grand design and excellent views, making for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bedding was also incredibly comfortable, just like sleeping at home. There are so many dining options downstairs, which is fantastic for someone like me who often struggles to decide what to eat. It's incredibly cost-effective, and I'll never have to worry about choosing a hotel again! Thumbs up!

The staff is very nice, the room is big enough, the decoration style is also very good, the elevator is bright and cool, the breakfast on the top floor is delicious, free afternoon tea is provided, and the environment is good. It is not far from anywhere and it is not noisy. There is a city view outside the room. There is also a weekly gift of candy. If there is a child, a separate children's toothbrush is also provided. If I have the opportunity to come next time, I will choose this place again.

Pros: Close to the supermarket plaza and many street food outlets. Staff tried their best to serve you. Cons: Despite its name, railway station isn't that close. You need to take a taxi (or walk 30 minutes). Check-in process for foreigners will be very tiring (we had to wait 40 minutes in hotel lobby with extremely tired two kids, being questioned by staff about many things. We were asked 'why did you visit here', I thought this is a very ride question. Hotel should welcome guests instead of interrogating them especially when they're super tired after a long day. I'm not blaming the staff as they seem to be doing what they were told to do (protocol I suppose). But we didn't face such interrogating in any of the other hotels in China so I'm not sure why. Another inconvenience, the laundry facility doesn't have a dryer.. We ended up with a load of wet clothes after using the washing machine.. So be aware.

The hotel has ample parking and convenient transportation. The river-view rooms are spacious and large, with a separate desk suitable for business use. The bathroom features a scientifically designed wet and dry separation. The sofa is very comfortable, perfect for those with back problems. There are sterilized ceramic teacups available for immediate use. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view of the gently flowing river. The lighting is soft and not glaring, and the smart curtain system works very well. There are many night markets and local delicacies nearby, all within a ten-minute walk, making it a great option for food lovers!

I had a fantastic stay this time. The room was clean, bright, and very comfortable with excellent soundproofing. A special thanks to Xiao Huang and Xiao Yu, two staff members, for their efficient and thoughtful check-in service at the front desk. Housekeeping was meticulous. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get around. It offers incredible value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

A fantastic stay! The price was reasonable, but the experience far exceeded expectations. While not luxurious, the room was very clean and comfortable, with practical amenities (e.g., plenty of outlets and good water pressure). The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants and shops. It was also very economical, and the staff were very helpful in resolving any issues. The little details (e.g., the free mineral water) were very thoughtful. The value for money was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in a great location, just across from BBK, and easily accessible by taxi to Shuijinggou and MixC. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast area, a small shop, was welcoming and friendly, offering everything from white cakes to sauerkraut noodles. I especially want to commend the housekeeping lady, who was very helpful. When I asked about the laundry room, she offered to help me take it there. When I returned that evening, she had dried and folded our clothes neatly in the room. Such a thoughtful gesture.

Good service and environment. Because my friend is pregnant, it is not convenient for her to go to the restaurant for breakfast in the morning. After explaining the situation to the staff, they kindly let me take it up to my friend alone.
