Warm hospitality and fantastic location. Charming building. Recommend!

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a closed parking, but is paying it was possible to park outside of this parking without having to pay.

Good and very good rating, except the cafeteria service does not save to make an Irish coffee ....

The mattress was comfortable, the air conditioning temperature was so beautiful, and the sleep was fragrant. I booked this hotel last time I came to Spain. Service attitude is very good. The front desk also helped to call taxi, and the breakfast service was very intimate. The fly in the ointment is that I was scared when I saw a bug with a large cockroach.

It was a real disaster, we couldn't sleep because there was a celebration, wedding or similar, and the scandal was monumental, top music, people constantly rising and descending through the corridors, constant slopes, The hotel was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very The doors were closed badly with the resulting noise and trouble.

We would certainly return. I have to highlight the good treatment of the reception staff, because today it is increasingly difficult to find people who are pleasant to the public. We enjoyed the Christmas market that was next to the hotel and a beautiful Belén in the hotel itself. And what to say, the good restaurants and bars to tap the area. In addition to it is so close to the Cathedral, Church of San Ildefonso...etc.
