The location is very good. It is just about 300 metres from the train station. From my apartment (217), I had a view of moving trains as the property is located close to the rail lines. The location is very remote. It takes a few minutes to walk to the lively streets. It's a bit scary at night. The only advantage is that there are many Chinese-owned restaurants nearby. Generally speaking, it is a good way to go to Annecy and has good value for money.

Leider haben die Bilder nichts mit der Realität zu tun. Das Hotel ist abgewranzt und verwohnt. An vielen Stellen ist Schimmel oder Rost. Dennoch ist alles blitzblank sauber. Die Lage ist wirklich extrem zentral und sehr ruhig. Der Pool war nicht befüllt und sah er fürchterlich aus.
