Room is small but enough for me stay for one night. Staff is very helpful and breakfast is good. The hotel connects the city centre with a bridge, you can enjoy stunning views on the bridge.

The service is very good! Come to play with friends, the hotel is located on the mountainside, the scenery is beautiful, the hotel itself is very beautiful, with a sense of age! Special breakfast must be eaten! You can customize your breakfast recipes! The small garden is very beautiful. The front desk service of the hotel is intimate and can help to make an appointment for taxi. l

It was very cosy and clean. Perfect. Quite nice to be free of WiFi. I could have paid but chose not to. Would recommend highly.

Très bon accueil. Chambres parfaites, très joliment décorées et une excellente literie. Nous avons également pris le repas du soir au restaurant. Très bon mais pas tout à fait du niveau d'un gastronomique. Néanmoins, nous avons passé une très bonne soirée. Le bar aussi était très chaleureux et le petit-déjeuner parfait. Enfin, le parc est très beau. On a juste manqué de temps pour en profiter d'avantage. Nous avons même oublié quelque chose dans la chambre (de valeur sentimentale). L’hôtesse a promis de nous le faire parvenir par la poste (à nos frais, bien sûr). C'est tout à fait charmant. Nous recommandons très chaleureusement cet hôtel.

Ratings for all except service based on website. rating on SERVICE based on experience for reasons entirely out of my control, I had to cancel my stay 24hrs beforehand. I called to let them know. I advised I had to cancel and the reply was (word for word) ” ok , that's still chargeable”. NO ' I'm sorry to hear that' NO ”maybe we can find another date so you don't lose your money”... no ' we can't refund you but do you want a credit on account'. if I'd have phoned 12 hours earlier my money would have been refunded or I could have amended my booking. the blame was put on TRIP as I was told ' you booked through them and they wont help you. So I'll be avoiding this place when I go up for my trip, and I'd advise others to avoid places with staff as uninterested as here.

The hotel is located in the centre of Perth and is relatively close to the train station and the centre of Perth, so it is comfortable to walk and make excursions across the area. However, there are several aspects that should be improved. The breakfast was very small and very varied: every day they offered almost the same (a few cookies, toasts and a little hot breakfast), as well as having a very limited time, from 7:00 to 9:00. The most important thing was that we were assigned a room on the third floor without lift. In a hotel of this price, I think they should take more into account such situations or at least prioritize the lower floors for guests with a lot of baggage. In short, a good choice for your location, but with a room for improvement both in breakfast and in accessibility.
