But the hotel refused to obelize stating that since the booking had been done through makemytrip, they could not help in the matter.

GGuest UserLocation of the Hotel was near the railway station which makes it very convenient for one who is travelling by train. Food was excellent. Rooms are spacious , neat and clean. Overall experience was excellent. From next time I will book this hotel and also recommend to my known also

GGuest User3. Hotel is good but its small hotel with 2-3 restaurant with 19 rooms. But rooms are comfrtable there servies is takkng too much time. About brrakfast there are only 2 option pratha or omlete which need to improve and serve proper breakfast with atleast 3-4 option. Their tv have very less or no channel for spending some time in room. There are only sports channel

GGuest UserI am writing to share my experience during my recent stay at the manor hotel bareilly. While the hotel staff, including the front desk, housekeepers, and bell boys, were hospitable and courteous, there were some concerns that i would like to bring to your attention. The attached bathroom in my bedroom was not maintained hygienically. There were hair in the bathroom, in the shower area. Furthermore, the hot water supply was inconsistent, and it took multiple attempts by the hotel staff to get suitable hot water for bathing. Unfortunately, this process resulted in the wastage of approximately 4 full buckets of water, which was particularly concerning given india's water scarcity issues. As a returning guest to the manor hotel bareilly, i was disappointed to notice that the hotel's overall maintenance and upkeep have deteriorated over the years. Given the excellent reputation of leisure hotels group, i hope that the management will take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to address the general hygiene and maintenance concerns. I appreciate your attention to this matter, and i hope that the hotel will regain its former standards. Thank you. Sincerely, s. A. Shafi

GGuest UserThe hotel was good with staff behaviour but was average with respect to infra, the next morning electricity kept going on and off, which was fixed in 5-10 mins each time, till that time you have to stay in total darkness. Also hotel not recommeded for the people going for some exam purpose, as there are late night parties which can create a lot of disturbance in your sleep.
