GGuest UserImmaculate place with very spacious modern room and very nice en-suite walk-in shower. Communal kitchen area with all day coffee, tea, water, fresh fruit, snacks and yoghurts. Well situated in a quiet street yet close to the main streets and the railway station. Breakfast vouchers given to redeem at a local cafe and occasionally served at the guesthouse. Salvatore is very helpful throughout. The only minor point is the lack of soundproofing especially with wooden floors above but if you bring ear plugs it’ll be fine. Highly recommend!

Staff attentive and excellent breakfast- one of the best breakfasts in our 1 month trip.
Don’t be put off by the entrance which is hard to find at first.
I am sure next time I visit that they will probably be occupying the ground floor too.

HHayley PheifferWe had a fabulous one night stay here before our early morning flight the next day. We were greeted by the friendliest of hosts who made us settle in quickly. Really good communication throughout.
We managed to find parking a few mins walk away that only cost a few euros (free after 8pm) The room was very clean, simple decor and a fridge with some complimentary cold waters and a coke which was a lovely generous touch.
Bathroom was perfect for our needs. Clean with fresh towels.

TV with netflix which pleased our teenage son.
Apartment had amazing views from the balcony!
When asked, the lovely hosts recommended the most amazing pizzeria for dinner.
Location - easy to walk around and close to many bars and restaurants. Cagliari is such a beautiful city.
Would highly recommend staying here.

YYeajung ChoiHost was perfect. I felt host was trying best us to enjoy Sardegna. Reconmendations for the restaurants was so thankful. And shower gel scent was good. Also looking nightview in terrace was good. We could dry our clothes in terrace. Also there is coffee machine and capsules. Not common in europe.
Early check in wasnt possible but there is other way to handle. I would like to book here again.

LLinda KassimThe hotel is located in the centre of Cagliari.Very close to restaurants, bars and also short walking distance. Good customer service..Overall,I love the antique interior design.. especially the lift and the room decorations.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank the front desk for giving his best service due to our early departure.He told us he could provide us early breakfast as we need to leave the hotel by 6 in the morning. Likewise,the breakfast was served right in front of our room. Highly recommended!!!Good service!!!

GGuest UserVery friendly and comfortable reception, very good location for young people, there are many open rooms late night and so much movement, so bad that the blackout happened at night and the day after I have all the batteries-free cellphones and I have to use the navigator to travel.

PPatrik TomanovicWell we have not stayed st this accommodation. During to the illness we needed to return home earlier. We have asked accommodation for some compromise solution. They totally stopped to talk to us and even blocked any communication channel. This kind of behavior is at least nothuman and not friendly at all. So consider this when booking. I would ignore this kind of people in the future.

FFrancescaI was a little timid at the beginning, given the various negative reviews, but I can completely lie all. Perfect, clean and comfortable room. Therefore, the structure is in the centre comfortable for any needs. Alexander was very kind from the beginning to the end. I would like to be very happy to stay in this building! We will certainly come back.
