I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is perfect being right in front of the lake and just a street walk across. The place was also very clean and well-maintained, with heaters that kept the place warm and cozy. Parking was also available right beside the place. The owner was incredibly hospitable as well, providing us with coffee and chocolate. The owner was also extremely helpful in assisting me when I left something behind. I would definitely recommend this place to families and group of friends visiting Lake Toya. Definitely love to return in the future.

My first impression was that the room facilities were outdated. Thankfully, the lobby view was great, and we could watch the fireworks over the lake without having to go outside. The buffet food was also decent. These factors somewhat made up for the room's environment and facilities, which were even worse than a budget hotel. In particular, the table and cabinet in front of the TV were so old they made me uncomfortable. The air conditioning was practically useless; it was stuffy and hot after a bath. Overall, it wasn't good value for money. Check-in and check-out were fully self-service, and the staff weren't particularly warm. Unless they renovate, I probably won't stay here again. There are plenty of other hotel options nearby. The view of Lake Toya outside the window, however, was beautiful.

Though small, it has everything you need. As a solo traveler, finding accommodation in Lake Toya is a big challenge, let alone one with such an excellent location. It's truly impeccable ❤️. I enjoyed the fireworks over the lake and strolled under the cherry blossom trees.

If you're driving, you can park right in front of the villa. However, we stayed on the first floor and had to carry our luggage upstairs ourselves. The interior space is incredibly spacious, with a fully equipped living room, dining room, and kitchen. Listening to the sound of the waves from the balcony at night really completed the whole vacation experience. Compared to hotels in the city center, this place offers a completely different kind of enjoyment, perfect for travelers looking to escape the hustle and bustle and relax at a slower pace. If you're planning a road trip to Hokkaido, I genuinely recommend staying here for a night or two.

”This was an ocean-view house we rented for just one day to visit Chikyu Misaki (Cape Chikyu) and Lake Toya before heading to Sapporo and Otaru with a group of 8 people. As expected, the ocean view was amazing, there was plenty of space for all 8 of us to sleep, and all the facilities were well-equipped. Everyone felt it was a real shame we could only stay for one day. It offers great value for the price. Note: There aren't many restaurants nearby, and most of them close around 7–8 PM, so keep that in mind.”

The hot spring is decent, but it seems to be segregated by gender with different time slots for evenings and early mornings. There are two shuttle buses to Toya Station every morning, which need to be booked by scanning a QR code at the hotel. Breakfast is also pretty good.
