HHugo RafaelThe hotel is located in nice beach, white sand, an incredible spot, however not properly maintained. The access is bad, the water feature at the entry long stairs is not working and water seems to be stoped for a long time. It seems not very crowded with guests even on ***** New year holiday and only one restaurant running. The pool bar was closed.
Missing one of our bookings for a shuttle, encountering a huge cockroach near the bed, being told that the room is not ready on check in and after 10 mins it's actually ready and made us walk all the way back to reception when the room was just near where we were didn't leave us with a good impression of the service.
Staff needs to be more attentive not only saying ”good morning sir” but actually carrying for what are the guests needs.
Hotel staff needs more training.

The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our villa was luxurious, spacious, and impeccably clean
The food was exceptional across all the restaurants. We particularly loved the seafood at the Sirena Restaurant. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve experienced, with a wide variety of international and local options.
Shangri-La Boracay is the perfect destination for a relaxing escape.

The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and my son really enjoyed swimming there every day. The location is also great, just a few minutes from the beach and very accessible to restaurants and shops. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, we truly had a great experience and would love to stay here again! 🌴✨

DDonna Marie Pellecer-Main AccountLoved our experience! Even it is far from the long beach, the stay is super worth it. If you want peace and quiet, this is the best place to stay. You can spend time with the nature. There is also a free ride going to the long beach depending on the schedule. It is near Ilig-Iligan Beach. Just 5 mins walk. And Puka is near too but you have to ride an e-tricycle if you are not able to catch up the free ride.

The hotel staff are very friendly and smiling, they will help you with everything and guide you in everything, they are always willing to accommodate you.
Clean and spacious rooms. The grounds are huge. There is a 7-Eleven across the street from the hotel.
The beach is practically private. This information would have been important to me when choosing a hotel in the Philippines. There are almost no waves on this beach, unlike the main white beach. There are almost no people, you swim almost alone, no one will bother you. The entrance to the water is perfect. The sand is gorgeous. There are no sea urchins. It's the perfect place for snorkeling! Say hi to Nemo, the clownfish. It's the perfect place for photos.
The hotel has an excellent breakfast and restaurant, with reasonable prices. We almost always ate there. Everything is very tasty. They also held Chill and Grill events, where they serve excellent burgers!
You can get to the center by free shuttle or order a tuk-tuk for 300 pesos. It's a very long walk, so we always used these transportation services.
Thanks to the hotel, we have the most pleasant and positive impressions. We went there for our wedding anniversary, and they gave us a very pleasant and nice surprise.
If you are choosing a hotel, I guarantee you won't go wrong with this one.

SSarah & DarrenWe enjoyed the location being away from the hustle of town, especially with the New Year parties happening in town. The convenience of the free shuttle was great to enable us to maintain budget but also have access to town. Friendly and attentive staff, when we did have minor issues within our room. The infinity pool was a great asset, although the restaurant could do better as many menu items were not available. Overall a great venue, to which we extended our stay.

AAsapvickyThis hotel is much recommended, super good location, a few minutes walk & you're at the beach already - very clean, big & spacious room & bathroom. We are a couple but the front desk gave us 3 big beds & balcony, not sure if that's what we booked for but it was great. Also arrived around 9-10am & they gave us a complimentary early check in, nice staff - we stayed 8 nights & we requested room cleaning for 2 days which was excellent

GGuest UserMy stay at The Orient Beach Boracay was quite pleasant overall. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and approachable, which made the experience enjoyable. The amenities provided were also quite good. However, the main drawback is the distance from the Boracay stations. Although they offer a free shuttle service, it's limited to assigned times for pick-up and drop-off. This might not be ideal for those who enjoy late-night parties every night, as transportation within the island can be pricey. Overall, a great stay with some considerations to keep in mind.
