The room was beautiful and spacious, and the location was great – close to services and restaurants, right opposite a market, and near Red Sea Mall and U Walk Mall. The best part is that Dabous restaurant is just next door!

The hotel is beautiful in every small detail. The only thing it lacks is good customer service at the reception. Some of the staff lack courtesy and smiles, and can be provoking. Remind them that this is the core of their job.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was good. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff at the reception were polite and helpful. However, I faced a major issue with the Wi-Fi in my room. I called the reception several times to report that the internet was not working. Each time, I was informed that the IT team had checked and confirmed that the Wi-Fi was working properly. Unfortunately, when I returned to my room, the issue was still not resolved. After calling the reception again, I was told once more that the IT technician confirmed everything was fine, but the Wi-Fi continued not to work. This was disappointing, especially since reliable internet is very important during a hotel stay. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves coordination between the IT team and reception.

My stay at the InterContinental Jeddah (IHG) far exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely superb, right on the Red Sea coast, and within walking distance of the Corniche. My balcony offered a direct view of King Fahd's Fountain, which was a spectacular sight at night. The room itself was spacious and elegant, with comfortable bedding and excellent cleanliness. The service was professional and warm; both the front desk and concierge were very prompt in their responses. Breakfast was a lavish spread, featuring a great mix of Western, Chinese, and Arabic cuisines. The outdoor pool, gym, and spa facilities are all top-notch. It's truly perfect for both business and leisure travelers – definitely my top choice in Jeddah!

I spent three days in this Hotel. The location is good as it is within walking distance to the beach side (note the beach is not swimable) and it’s closed to a few food court and shopping centre. The Hotel had a gym and sauna. Facilities in gym are not well maintained but sauna dan swimming pool are good. Food is not bad for an Indonesian Australian tongue. Service is very good thanks for some staffs that could speak English (mostly Bangladesh). The distance to the airport is around 20-25 minutes so that’s one of the drawbacks. I will recommend this hotel

Excellent and clean hotel. This is my third consecutive stay here. The staff at the reception and the workers are fantastic, they deserve praise and thanks. I stayed in a superior room, which is a combined living room and bedroom as shown in the pictures, along with a kitchen and a bathroom.

It was a truly wonderful stay in every sense of the word. The cleanliness was excellent, and the service was very sophisticated. The staff's interaction was respectful and kind throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the small details were exceptional, making me feel cared for and at ease. The location is excellent, and the atmosphere is beautiful. Exceptional Service: This is where the hotel truly excels. A special mention must be made for Mr. Kamal Uddian from room service. · He is highlighted as ”really great” – energetic, soft-spoken, and incredibly helpful. · His ability to speak Hindi is a major plus for Indian subcontinent travelers. · He goes above and beyond to assist with arranging food, cabs, or any other requests, making guests feel well-supported. The hotel does not have its own restaurant or room service for food. However, this is easily compensated for by the plethora of nearby walkable food shops and restaurants.
