Excellent experience! The staff were incredibly helpful with everything, even upgrading my room at no extra cost. The facilities are great, and the restaurants are good, though they could use more variety on the menu, especially for room service. The cleanliness was excellent, the furnishings were very elegant, and the place was quiet and comfortable. Thank you to the entire Mövenpick team!

My overall stay at the hotel was very good, and the suite I moved to was excellent and worth every cent. I appreciate the staff’s cooperation with the room change. However, I do have a comment regarding housekeeping. The room was only cleaned when I called, and even then, the service took quite a long time to arrive. I hope the response time for housekeeping can be improved in the future, as it’s an important part of the guest experience.

Perfect location , the guys outside the welcoming guys who take your bag to the room are very friendly , the sea view is a different building you should know that , before you book .

Maintenance problems are constantly, all the wings have a problem with the door hinges, the finching is not suitable, for example, the magic lens needs a length of 200 cm at least, the mirror of the sink is very high so that the frame is in the middle of the face,

My stay at the InterContinental Jeddah (IHG) far exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely superb, right on the Red Sea coast, and within walking distance of the Corniche. My balcony offered a direct view of King Fahd's Fountain, which was a spectacular sight at night. The room itself was spacious and elegant, with comfortable bedding and excellent cleanliness. The service was professional and warm; both the front desk and concierge were very prompt in their responses. Breakfast was a lavish spread, featuring a great mix of Western, Chinese, and Arabic cuisines. The outdoor pool, gym, and spa facilities are all top-notch. It's truly perfect for both business and leisure travelers – definitely my top choice in Jeddah!

What was supposed to be a simple overnight stay turned into a fun and memorable get-together, as the suite was very spacious and even had a comfortable living area — perfect for bonding and relaxation. We highly recommend Radisson Blu Hotel to anyone visiting Jeddah. Everything was beyond our expectations — the service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were outstanding. Ctrip showes it’s opened in 2022, but actually this hotel is really too old, at 15 years old. The receptionist scanned the room card too times, but I can’t enter into the room, I was so tired, they didn’t do the right job. And they firstly gave me a room with very bad smell, which came from the old carpet. I requested to change to another room, it’s not as worse as before, but it’s still bad. Will avoid this hotel for ever.

I didn’t like the service in the restaurant. The lady just gave me a QR code and said scan this. It doesn’t take rocket appliances to type out a menu on a piece of paper.
