Beautiful clean room with kitchen and washing machine. The breakfast is excellent. Lots of choices. Western food and middle eastern choices. There is a small mall nearby. Walking distance. Bed is comfortable to sleep.

Perfect location , the guys outside the welcoming guys who take your bag to the room are very friendly , the sea view is a different building you should know that , before you book .

We stayed at InterContinental Jeddah for three nights over New Year’s Eve, expecting a special experience, but unfortunately the service was mediocre and underwhelming. Despite contacting the hotel two weeks in advance and receiving confirmation, the room was not prepared for three people upon arrival. Communication with reception and housekeeping was disappointing. An additional bed had to be requested twice, and when it finally arrived it was set up with a questionable brown blanket instead of proper white bedding. It took further effort to have it corrected. We also had to repeatedly ask for an extra towel for the third guest. The instant service phone line was constantly busy, forcing us to walk to reception multiple times. Even basic items like bath gel dispenser were not refilled, we had to call. Guest Relations contacted us via WhatsApp to ask about our stay, but after we responded, there was no reply at all—it appeared to be an automated message. Reception staff were forgetful and not proactive, despite the reception never being particularly busy during our stay. When asking about New Year’s Eve events, no one mentioned or attempted to upsell the hotel’s own buffet or any other activities. We only discovered the daily buffet (available until 1 a.m.) later when speaking directly with restaurant staff. There was also no information provided about Africa Cup screenings. On a positive note, the facilities are clean and well maintained, and the breakfast staff were the only truly attentive and professional team members throughout our stay. Particular thanks to the Egyptian(?) manager and his team. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the service level does not currently reflect the InterContinental brand, especially for a holiday stay.

I stayed at Ewaa Express Hotel – Al Olaya during my visit to Riyadh, and overall it was an okay mid‑range experience. The hotel’s location on Al Olaya Street is excellent, with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and shops, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. Many guests find the rooms spacious and reasonably comfortable, and the staff generally friendly and helpful, especially at reception. Cleanliness is usually above average, and the hotel feels modern compared to typical budget options. However, there are some downsides worth noting. A number of travelers report noise from Olaya Street at night, so light sleepers might want an interior‑facing room. A few guests also mention issues with Wi‑Fi consistency and varying breakfast quality, with limited variety on some mornings. Some rooms can feel dated or a bit dimly lit, and occasional maintenance issues (like slow shower drains) have been mentioned in reviews. Bottom line: Good choice for a central, budget‑friendly stay with friendly service and clean rooms, but expect some noise and minor service inconsistencies.

The hotel is a few blocks from the beach, but it's only a few minutes' taxi ride away, so the location is pretty good, and it's great value for money. The hotel breakfast is made by Indian chefs and features a lot of Indian curries and other dishes, offering a decent variety. The room is a bit small; the double bed is smaller than those at Aloft, making it feel a little cramped. The rooftop pool, however, is quite nice.

As good as expected, facilities re great too, would book again, only downside I couldn't extend my booking when needed.

Overall good with the exception of ill naintained and ill eqipped gym and apsent of coffemaker in the room, everythind is upto expectation

I had a good time at the hotel it was a lovely stay  Staff is very kind. Room is bigger and will definitely stay again at the hotel in the future. Smooth access to the room.

This seems to be a newly opened hotel. Check-in was smooth and the room itself was clean, but there were several service issues. On arrival, there were no towels in the room. It took multiple calls and around 45 minutes before one towel was delivered, and only after requesting again were more provided the following day. Housekeeping was inconsistent — my room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, and I had to request additional toilet paper. In-room amenities were very limited: only one type of tea and coffee (no green tea or decaf), just two creamers, and no extras such as toothbrush, toiletries, or body lotion. Access to the swimming pool was inconvenient, as I had to wait for staff to come and unlock it. The café was still under construction, so no coffee or snacks were available. Overall, the hotel feels basic at this stage and could benefit from improvements such as: • Ensuring housekeeping is consistent and timely • Providing standard amenities in the rooms • Making water or tea available in reception • Opening facilities like the jacuzzi and café The hotel is clean and has potential, but needs significant improvements to meet expectations.

Exceptional Service: This is where the hotel truly excels. A special mention must be made for Mr. Kamal Uddian from room service. · He is highlighted as ”really great” – energetic, soft-spoken, and incredibly helpful. · His ability to speak Hindi is a major plus for Indian subcontinent travelers. · He goes above and beyond to assist with arranging food, cabs, or any other requests, making guests feel well-supported. The hotel does not have its own restaurant or room service for food. However, this is easily compensated for by the plethora of nearby walkable food shops and restaurants. Highly recommended for business travelers, tourists, and pilgrimage visitors (Umrah) looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient base in Jeddah. The mcombination of location, room amenities, and Kamal's exemplary service makes for a very pleasant and hassle-free stay. Just be prepared to explore the local area for your meals.
