Hotel is getting older but still in decent condition. Unfortunately some rooms aren't always cleaner, which could easily be fixed with some quality control.

Love this place. Close to town, great bar and the rooftop hot tub overlooking the mountains is a bonus! The place is stylish and minimalist so I liked it.

Staff was pleasant and hotel relatively clean. Breakfast was marginal, at best. The biggest complaint I have is the charge upfront for ”incidentals” (20% of the rate). I just learned that even though we had no incidentals the charge to my credit card for that was not credited at checkout, but instead will show up on my credit card later. I was informed that could take up to 2 weeks! Choice Hotels or the individual hotel are thus using every patron's money for 2 weeks--I call that a scam!

The hotel is just a couple of blocks from the Pearl Street pedestrian mall; which is why we chose the hotel.
Room was very comfortable, also clean and quiet.
A very good value compared to other hotels that are close to Pearl Street.
The only downside: no breakfast in the morning, only coffee.
Recommended for a stay for Pearl Street browsing.
