Ctrip's customer service said that it would give 100 yuan for exemption. LLouisaLeeIt was already more than 1 o'clock in the middle of the night to rent a car from the airport to the hotel. I navigated back and knew that it was the back door of the hotel. I didn't know how to check in at that time, because I needed a door card to go in, go around, and finally saw a staff member come out, only to know that it is behind, Go around the main entrance. After Check In, I found that the window of this room was facing a wall, that is, there was no view. I was really sorry for the rent. Fortunately, I communicated with the front desk the next day, and breakfast was included as compensation the next day.
