Clean, newer hotel. The only problem was not the hotel but other guests. There were multiple rager parties going from 11:30 pm to 3am. Loud music, talking, and what it sounded like a loud bang at 3am in the morning. The hotel needs to control its guests or toss them out.

The hotel is a little renovated, but the maintenance is very good, the breakfast is a standard American breakfast, coffee and bacon are very good! The service is also very welcoming, there are on-site meals on holidays, the desserts and chocolates at the front desk are great, the location is also good, next to the 85th road, eating and shopping is very convenient. There is also a Chinese restaurant next to it!

Older property. Carpet was worn, but room very clean, excellent bed and quiet AC/Heat. Was traveling with 25 trailer and parking was a challenge.

LEICompared to the Chinese, the delicious breakfast is acceptable, with egg custard, milk, waffle, sausage, bread custard, milk, fruit juice, and fruit. Parking was perfectly fine. The location is easy to find, and it is conveniently located next to Highway 85. Overall is good.

Guest UserThe help was very friendly and obliging. Even had early check in for us. Once in we found the hotel poorly maintained and accumulations of dust on bed rails and other surfaces. The floors were cleaned where tiled but the rugs were spotted and dirty. Once again, employees were friendly and helpful but facilities less than adequate.
Will avoid Red Roof in future.
