TTravel CatNice clean new hotel, the room was comfortable. We arrived after 11 pm, and the front door was locked for the night. We called the reception phone and they opened the door after waiting for a few tense minutes. The check-in was speedy and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the person who checked us out in the morning.

GGuest UserNo A/C when u first walk in lobby. Some rooms a/c didn’t work. They had to go before us to check that our room did, because they didn’t know exactly which ones didn’t. Staff was helpful and willing to accommodate. There’s some sketchy business going on in the parking lot around the hotel. Woke up to no water because there was a leak being fixed, but they did try and call to warn us. I didn’t answer because I thought it was one of those rush you out, it’s near checkout time calls, or just a wrong room issue.

GGuest UserWhile the hotel itself could use some esthetic updates the hotel was clean and we felt very safe. The waterslides are closed but the pool is huge and heated which is a huge bonus as most hotel pools are freezing cold. My kids swam for 5 hours one day! the breakfast has a ton of options with great hours! Overall it was a great stay!
