Hotels with Parking in Pearl

We are traveling to North Carolina and our stay was for one night. The room was really nice and clean. The location was great. Bass Pro Shops and several other stores are within walking distance. I would like to thank Ms. Willis, (General Manager), Too Tall (Kitchen Manager), and Front Desk Manager (sorry I didn’t get her name), for handling a situation that occurred in the restaurant. These folks went above and beyond to be professional and apologetic. It’s so good to know some places still believe in Great Customer Service! Thank you so much!

The hotel lobby smelled like smoke. There was a smell in the room as well. The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on and there was no bedding provided in room. It took three trips to the front desk to finally get some bedding only to have that bedding be the wrong size. Since it was so late, we dealt with it. When we checked out in the morning, we complained to the front desk to have the employee refuse to listen or believe our complaint. I would like to give a higher rating since this hotel was conveniently located and the breakfast was good, but the room and bedding experience really left a sour taste.

The room has a strange smell. It can't be said what it tastes. Overall it looks relatively low. Or because this area is relatively backward? I'm not very sure~ it's a guess. In addition, it is very noisy at night. Careful choice for poor sleep.

Service is always excellent everytime we stay . The cleanliness is always on point
