Bathroom is very small. Problem having a shower in the morning. Water gets everywhere because the shower layout was poorly designed.

The owner is extremely friendly and loves cats which is always a good thing in my view. The room had a nice balcony and all the amenities as advertised. It is really close to both the ferry and the old town of parikia - you don't need a car if you don't want as between walking and the buses and ferries you can get to a lot of places.

Overall is very clean and well located, enough space and beautiful. However its a pity that the mattress is not comfortable. Its very important. where you spend most of the time in a hotel... when you what to visit the island. A confortable mattress to sleep well is a must. Its not pleasant when you start the day with back pain. Just invest in good mattress everything else is perfect

Nous sommes enchantées de notre séjour chez Marisa. Super accueil, petites attentions, appartements très bien situés( proche commerces,restaurants,plages,bus,bateau), propre, au calme. Très bon rapport qualité/prix Nous remercions Marisa pour sa gentillesse, et ses conseils.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso una delle stanze della struttura dal 22 al 29/8/21. Siamo tornati qua a distanza di due anni e possiamo solo confermare l’ottima impressione avuta in passato. Posizione molto comoda, a due passi dal porto e dalle attività commerciali. Stanza super pulita, con un balconcino stupendo. Proprietaria molto attenta alle disposizioni Covid, con dispenser di disinfettante in ogni dove, molto disponibile nei confronti degli ospiti. Ogni tanto, tornando dalla spiaggia, abbiamo trovato qualche regalino in frigo, come frutta fresca e vino, con regalino finale prima della partenza. Se dovessimo tornare in futuro a paros, soggiorneremo sicuramente qui. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Abbiamo alloggiato una notte da Marisa rooms, vicino al porto di Paroikia. Non eravamo nella struttura principale ma la nostra stanza, pur nella sua semplicità, era molto pulita e curata. Il bagno era molto piccolo e la doccia non troppo comoda. Marisa è venuta a prenderci e ci ha riaccompagnato al porto. Ottima soluzione per chi vuole rimanere nei pressi del porto.
