The Cedar Beak Lodge under disguise of "ECO Friendly" does not provide any cleaning service. They do not clean the room or make the beds during your stay. However, after a long, and difficult discussion with the manager, they agreed to provide towels and linens, but they would not make the beds or clean the room. This obviously is not an ECO Friendly practice, unless they don't wash the used towels, and/or linens.
Due to poor service, and bad management, I checked out early, and moved to another hotel.

Love this resort. Conveniently located, you can walk directly to Navajo loft. They also have a shuttle that runs very frequently to the lifts. Service is always great. Restaurant and amenities are very good.

I could not pay with 2 credit cards. Sharing the room with a friend, we always each pay half at hotels. This is the first hotel I have ever seen that would not allow that.

Excellent location, a 2-minute walk to the lift, not to mention a few hundred yard walk to a convenience store and the snowmobile touring company. I will return next year.

It was Ok. Room was too hot, even with heat turned down. Tv was hard to navigate. Room was outdated but had some nice convenience's.

For being affiliated with HILTON …I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY DO NOT. CLEAN THE ROOMS DAILY…not good …furthermore I had to ask for towels ..if your not cleaning room s you should at least supply towels with out me having to tell and ask for towels…
Staff also would not let me pay my charges in cash?

I’ll have been rating here for years and this was my best stay thus far. The villa was cozy, warm and perfect. Highly recommend.
