It was like a drug house . Roaches, barking dogs everywhere. I have never stayed in a worse place. It was like pit bulls and parolees everywhere. There was no service for my three day stay.

There were people running up and down the halls screaming and partying all night. It was not a good experience at all.

The property has a large outdoor patio/pool area that is very pleasant unfortunately, smoking is permitted throughout. Non- smokers (88% of US adults) have no place to sit where they can avoid smoke.

Hotel has done some upgrades since I stayed last. New paint, new floors. Furniture is old and needs replacing especially the sitting chairs which look and are very dirty. Improvements in sink area would be good. (faucets are sometimes tricky to get cold or hot water.) TV sometimes takes a few minutes to get on and change channels ( also a channel guide would be nice). Room numbers are impossible to see unless you get out of your car and walk right up to them.

The room was nice. The bed was comfortable, but the shower ******. Also, I have a disability and the bath tub was difficult to stand in because the bottom gives way under my weight.

We had bugs coming out of our facets. Thete was bugs in our coffee pot. The bugs were addressed ASAP the next morning, but was a very rough night. I am still waiti g for a refund.

My husband and I checked in and were given a hotel room key that was actually another guests room that was still occupied. The hotel is outdated and the rooms are just basic it looks nothing like the photos online . The staff is not professional and all we got was a sorry and no solution… will not stay here again
