the location can be a problem. You need to walk, on narrow small roads, something like 10 minutes to get to the main road.
The room is well maintained and clean.
Internet connection is very well too.
Decent breakfast and an EXCELLENT service provided by the helpful and polite staff.

Room cleanliness - excellent
Dining Room - need to get rid of fly
Need to restrict smoking area in the outdoor dining place, should not allow any outdoor area for smoking.

Most of things were good. Location is little bit far from the downtown. To go to hotel, walk through dark street which has many street dogs and dirty dark places. We were so afraid to walk that way. By the way, tuk tuk (pickup car) is 10 baht for 1 person. If you go between 2 end point, they will ask 20 baht. To LHC hotel from Terminal 21 (where we stayed a lot) tuk tuk is 10 baht for 1 person. If you use tuk tuk as taxi, it will be expensive.
Hotel room service was good. Cleans so good. But breakfast buffet is poor. There was nothing to eat except bread with butter and watermelon. Rest of all was for Chinese. I'm asian but not Chinese. Can't eat too much seasoned food.
Except above, all thing was fine. We stayed there 4 nights. Air conditioner was good.

Advantages: The room is hygienic and clean, the room is relatively spacious, the rooftop swimming pool is very beautiful for taking pictures, and it is very close to the nearby supermarket and convenience store!
Disadvantages: The hotel is in a remote location, in the wilderness, far away from the seaside, bar street, and pedestrian street. Travel depends on taxis. The breakfast is average, but you can eat enough. Most of the guests staying there are Chinese tour groups.

the hotel needs to replace the loud doors, it is very noisy already from 5 am! shouldn't the hotel be quiet at night? to protect guests' sleep?
There are not enough chairs in the room - there are two of us, one chair.
There is no furniture on the balcony - there is nothing to sit on.
Why a balcony then?
