The trip was gift for my daughters birthday, Once getting into the room, I killed four bugs in the bathroom. I left and was called back to the room because more bugs were Found.bugs and more bugs,the receptionist was kind and considerate but she had no other room we could get. We had to make other accommodations at my experience. BW refused to offer refund. Highly pissed and I will not stay there again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the conditions here. Relatively inexpensive and a very good value overall.

Not so good, very disappointing for the price. Heat/AC system blew between frigid and hot air no matter what temp I set it at. Old-style LCD tv, pic was washed out, no settings to correct it. Channels wouldn't display a picture after a couple hours. Mattress not very comfortable. The bed is set very high off the ground which would make getting in and out difficult for older people or those with some disabilities (I'm 6' tall and found it difficult). Areas under night stand and other furniture not vacuumed, lots of dirt, debris. Bed sheets and towels are made with polyester blended into the fabric. It's like drying off with a plastic bag after a shower. Four small, lumpy, polyester-filled pillows, cheap and uncomfortable, undersized for a king size bed. I expected a lot more from a Best Western and a room priced at $145/night. After waking up an hour after going to sleep, because the heat system was blowing frigid air, and unable to watch TV, I packed and left. I called the following day to complain and hoping for some reimbursement which wasn't offered, decided to let others know of my experience. I don't understand how hotel owners can cut corners on comfort and quality and expect guests will just accept it. (Linens with polyester???)

quick, courteous, efficient check-in. Comfortable and spacious room. Good bed for a good night's rest. nice bathroom. Near good restaurants (Habaneros Mexican within walking distance). so-so breakfast.

Overall pretty good for the money, recent upgrades on the bed sheets and covers, bathrooms are well used but usually clean, carpets are worn and stained and could definitely use an upgrade, but overall decent. Staff has always been very professional and helpful.

Staff was good. Power was lost due to storm causing a delay checking in and loss of TV service through the night. Lady in charge of breakfast was great.

The room smelled terrible from cigarettes and when we asked the front desk the only thing offered was to spray with Lysol which did nothing. The outlet for the coffee maker had to be manipulated with a piece of cardboard, the lighting in the bathroom was terrible, each time we left the key cards stopped working.

Police banging on door middle of night. Hotel needs an update. Dark bathroom. Super skimpy towels. Just one switch for Light and fan. Fan very loud. Toilet didn’t flush one day. Comfy bed. Very clean shower. Air conditioner worked very well.

The clerk at the front desk was professional and nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was average. The room had an odor of animal urine.
