Clean rooms clean sheets, bed was extremely hard and seemed tilted towards the headboard. There was also about a 1” gap under the outside door, any critters could come in if they wanted. It caused the sun to come in in the morning and light up the room also.
Breakfast was great and the fabulous lady that runs the breakfast area was so sweet. She was also right on top of clean up and getting anything you may need,

The room was nice and breakfast was tasty. The only issue was slick floors in the bathtub and the handle in the tub is only attached to tub insert and not the wall. Its VERY unsafe.

This is the second time we've stayed here. We like it because we get window views. Both times there was no internet. The second time there was also no hot water. We have found a different place to stay. It's too bad because we love the staff and the courtyard is very nice.

Rooms were great only problem was we were traveling with a baby and family and our rooms were so far apart. Each rooms were on opposite side of the property. Front desk lady on the older side with glasses was so rude not just to me and my family but to other families as well. We wanted to change room and we knew there will be a fee of any kind willing to pay that fee but she said it’s not possible and no no no was always her answer basically telling us to shut up. That lady should not be in front desk from how her attitude was but her service was HORRIBLE!

Everything in this hotel was good only problem was the front desk lady. Older lady with glasses was so rude not just to me but to other customer as well. I went with a friend got rooms so far from each other and we wanted to change rooms closer and we knew there would be a fee of any kind but she was so rude and basically told us to shut up.
