It’s my mistake on review of *********** I had book such a hotel first on arrival the hotel had taken card payment actually *********** had given to pay at checkout secondly for early check in they charged 1000 extra thou full hotel was empty Then there is renovation work going on in hotel for which there is dust & paint smell in room I had come to chennai for my eye operation so my appointment was at morning 9 am so it was urgent After complaints to *********** the wear offering room in there other hotel which is of more low categories & far from the hospital & *********** also ofer other hotel of low categorie & higher rate Then it’s not possible for me to change hotel as I was busy in hospital whole day then in the night at 10 when I come my room & bed were dusty the hotel staff was not ready to com on asking for towels 3 to 4 time hotel says the don’t have extra towel the cups were dirty there were cockroaches in the rum the bed make noes so I decided to change the hotel at 11 in night But unfortunately not the hotel nor *********** is refunding the amount Been the hospital problem I had paid again with request to all not to use booking review and not to book this hotel please

The customer service is good, any problems are quickly dealt with ~ It is located in the center of the city, the traffic is convenient, and there are more food to eat around ~ There are phone cards nearby ~ The breakfast is a little bit less ~ Extra beds are available, and there are children who stay with them, There is no parking lot. The room is of a good size. The room is relatively large. After the customer service changed a house, I called each morning to greet me. Very caring. The window was locked. I could n’t open the window by myself. The outside air is polluted ~ The wifi is okay ~ It is a good start for my whole trip ~

This hotel upgraded me to a suite room, since my booked room was unavailable. They wanted me to vacate the suite room at midnight else incur the suite room charges, it was negotiated and settled. They were disappointed that I ***aged to get the booking through Agoda at a cheaper rate. The room's tea cups were stained, the facilities were decent. Tempt Asian Restaurant is top notch food, I had dinner twice and the breakfast buffet was good too.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everthing perfect. The reception staff are friendly, efficient and are always smiling. the rooms are large, very modern and perfectly clean, the roomboy David does an amzing job every day. The breakfast is huge and has a great choice and everything is fresh and well presented. The swimming pool area with its bar and resturant have a lovely atmoshere. and its great that you can swim up to midnight. Dip one of the waiters is friendly and very attentive. I will be back next year and will never ever stay anywhere else in Chennai

Great value for money, quiet, near to the tech park, finding it was hard, car parking is available but on the 6th floor and the hotel is on the 7th floor, i didn't know that, had parked the car a 2nd floor which doesn't have elevator facility had to go to ground floor to get to elevator that was the only hard thing about this property, booking processing can be done a little faster had tp wait for solid 15mins.

For me, the best thing was the location of the hotel as i had to attend some work nearby. The hotel has a modern interior with basic amenities and was clean but beyond that there were some problems. The intercom in room did not work and for any need i had to go to the reception. The reception had only one stuff who could not be found many times. Food was good but not according to menu and ordering was a difficult process. U can't even have tea before 9 in the morning. Bathroom was too small. The room had only number lock and no key and everyone seemed to know the room number combo. So potentially any hotel stuff cud enter into the room in my absence. Anyways, i only had a short stay there and the reception guy tried to help out as much as possible. He is the one person who is keeping the hotel going.

The stay was best. Our previous hotel was cancelled due to some app technical issue. In rush we booked Al Noor palace. We were traveling with family booked 4 rooms for 2 nights. The rooms here our not so spacious but the in room amenities, ac , tv, cleaning everything was perfectly managed and maintained. The staff was so polite, Mr. Rehman and night staff, the housekeeping, the restaurant person everyone was so helpful. Only one suggestion just try to increase the staff in breakfast timings. Rest We all loved the place and definitely would recommend to our friends and also would come again whenever we visit Chennai. Thanks all for this wonderful stay. Keep up the good work.

I wanted to give a bad review, but compared to the hotel I stayed the next day, this one is much better, so be lenient. The hotel decoration is very old, the rooms are average, the sheets are not clean, there are scum, hair and stroke marks. This may be a common problem in Indian hotels. As long as the sheets are not dirty, they are obviously not changed. The breakfast buffet is decent, with seven or eight food options. The price of more than 300 yuan, can live in a good hotel in the country.

When you leave the airport, you can find ola's customer service at the door in China to help you book a car. It is a good deal to get a taxi to the hotel for 20 yuan. There are many restaurants to choose from at the nearby phenix mall. There are relatively few tourists, basically tolerance; some Korean faces or Japanese flight attendants also live here. Staff: They were very professional, gentle and courteous. Explaining each and every thing very transparently. The Receptionist especially Mr. Balu was just really very impressive. They were concerned about if the TV is running, its volume is satisfactory. More over it was IPL and initially, IPL was not coming in my room TV. Later, they arranged it. I was overhelmed. Food: They do not have any restaurant with in the premises. Since, there are lot many around this hotel, you can order food in the room. They will serve you without any extra cost. They have tied with two restaurants. Menu is also provided inside the room. The food is good. Cleanliness: I have no words to explain, it is just professional and very clean. Not only the room, but the entire hotel, the lobby area, the stairs, the reception area, entire hotel is kept at its best. Room: We booked one AC double deluxe room for two days. The room is having all the required day to day facilities. They even provided my shaving kit. It was very cozy and ambient.

Firstly the location of the stay is amazing. The hotel is located in the prime OMR. The rooms are neat and tidy. But the space of the room is not vey good some might find them cramped. It's value for price however, the service is slow. Some of the amenities were missing and were brought in late despite several reminders such as the towels, toiletries, and the kettle. There was a power problem initially due to which the lift wasn't functioning. Staff is friendly and attending. Food and cleaning were arranged at a short notice. Can consider this place once again if you are in Periyamet, specially the other hotels within same budget in the surrounding aren't very good. Didn't have time to take pics but the what's shown here is pretty much the condition in real.
