The hotel lobby isn't particularly fancy, but it already has a very relaxing feel. The staff are warm and attentive, accommodating almost every request and responding quickly. The room was exactly as pictured, with every detail meticulously crafted. The sound system was fantastic; it could be used for a concert. The rooms and dining area were very clean. The living room was spacious and perfect. 👍 The pool was also a delight. The hot springs were truly relaxing, and our family loved them. The only drawback was that the entire villa is 3,000 square feet, while the upstairs bedroom is only about 40 square feet, which is a bit disproportionate. Overall, I highly recommend it.

The hotel was in the worst-hit area, and they considered us from beginning to end and did their best to arrange it. We took a small boat, and four hotel waiters, including a deputy manager, pushed the boat in the chest-deep water. It took an hour to reach the land. The villa is very close to the 711 and Saturday markets and is highly recommended for families travelling with friends. And the housekeeper lucy is very nice, the fruit we buy on the roadside is not very delicious, the housekeeper will help us buy the fruit and cut it in the refrigerator. On the last night, we wanted to burn Chinese food in the villa. Because we didn't know where the Thai food market was, we communicated with the housekeeper. She also helped to buy all the ingredients we need to make Chinese food and wash it in the refrigerator. This service is definitely me. The best place to stay in the homestay.

Amazing property with top-notch hospitality service, staffs were very well trained. Room was super comfortable and nicely designed, especially bed sheet was very smooth. Breakfast had a great options and really good quality, had lunch and dinner as well, foods were very delicious. I really love hotel design and concept, definitely going back to this place!

This is our second time staying at this hotel. I came in a hurry last time, but I can finally enjoy it this time. 😊 The hostess is an architect herself. The entire courtyard and building were designed by the hostess herself. The driving road that we entered at the beginning already had the feeling of a secret jungle. Although there are many flowers and plants, the hotel has mosquito coils in the rest areas. Basically, you can sit and relax without any mosquitoes bothering you. (It’s great to have a place where you can store the treasures you buy.) And the butler service here is also great. They can help us collect takeaways and deliver them to the room beautifully. Just send them the grab reservation. There is absolutely no effort required to google translate (you can completely go offline). There are also quite a few delicious Thai dishes nearby, and we ordered several excellent authentic Thai dishes. It doesn't have that authentic feel in the city center. The main disadvantage is that it is a bit far from the city center. We originally planned to come here to have fun and relax. But if you want to go out to the city center, it takes almost 25 minutes by car. This was our last stop so it was no problem for us.
