It has exceeded our expectations!! We have spent 8 days with All Inclusive and it has been a fantastic vacation. The hotel lacks nothing. Excellent cleanliness, excellent facilities, and very friendly staff. The food is also quite good. The only thing that we believe can be improved is the offer of entertainment activities to the Spanish public. They turn a lot to foreigners and Spanish animation remains in the background. If this would improve, it would be amazing.
As for Trip's customer service, give them a 10, since when we arrived at the hotel they told us that our daughter was not included in the reservation (despite the fact that the reservation was well made) and they made us pay almost an additional €700 for the girl and from the moment one Trip has responded very well, solving the problem quickly and with unbeatable attention. In less than a week Trip has paid all the expenses for this inconvenience and they have refunded me 100% of the amount that the hotel made me pay to be able to check in my daughter.

I can't find any faults, there are too many things to praise.
The scenery of the hotel is great, and we sunbathe in the hotel swimming pool almost every morning. The hotel's swimming pool uses seawater, and you can vaguely taste the salty seawater. The experience of swimming is also very special. It feels like swimming in the sea, and the body floats lightly on the water.
The breakfast is very delicious and rich! We ate a lot every morning.
The room has a very holiday atmosphere, which is really enough for two people. I like the location of our room very much. In the morning, you can watch the sunrise on the balcony. And at night, you can lie down and watch the stars and enjoy the night sky.SOLD OUT

We recently stayed at the Akrotri and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment wr arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of choices. I highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and enjoyable stay while in Greece. There are a maze of options but you will do yourself a favour by staying here.SOLD OUT
