masuk tgl 13, Pelayan kurang, kamar bersih namun AC tidak dingin, dua kali pindah kamar dari 104 ke 141 AC tetap tidak dingin.akhirnya tgl 14 pindah hotel. Kamar mandi di kamar 141 bau. Saya dan keluarga dengan 3 orang anak, malam tgl 13 kamar pintu hotel di ketok dari luar, dengan alasan salah kamar "????".
