It is the prettiest and most beautiful hotel in Meno Island. The hotel staff were so friendly and never lost their smile. It is a quiet place to enjoy the sunset and snorkel at Turtle Point right in front. I highly recommend One disappoin**ent was that the restaurant food was delicious (especially the banana shake), but there were too many flies.

We had 3 nights at Meno House. The size (6 rooms) and the layout meant we had space to ourselves ( beach front room) Staff couldn’t be nicer and the guys on the restaurant were attentive and friendly. Our room was well designed and very comfortable. Have no hesitation in recommending you stay here! We got a car/speedboat pick up from our 1st hotel which meant delivery straight to the beachfront. Perfect!

I have left Meno house feeling like there is more to be desired for the price I paid. The below issues really bothered me during our 3 night stay. I didn’t even know who the manager was. The staff did really not go out of their way to help and they are clumsy. You have to repeat things multiple times and they never ask you if everything is okay or if anything is needed - not even once. The breakfast is not very tasty. We were at the sunbeds for 4 hours or so one day and not even once did anyone look our way or come over to ask us if we were wanted to order anything. They just don’t care you’re there. The snorkelling gear is completely worn out. Most of them are broken but still are kept there. They’re not cleaned and the masks you can’t see out of them in the water because they’re too damaged. The room smelled humid. They are extremely bright because the curtains don’t hide any light and you start playing music at 8am. Quite difficult to rest. There is no water in the room and because no one is available after 9 - the first night lefts us with no water. No possibility to speak to reception after 9pm. No possibility to order room service after 9pm. My friend went to go ask the staff at 10pm last night for some drinks, they were just sitting around the bar without their T-shirts on, and she politely waited as they were talking so as to not interrupt them but they ignored her until she said something. They just said no it’s closed, but didn’t say sorry or anything. This morning the staff insisted I paid with cash and I said no, because we tried 2 ATMS on Gili air yesterday and all were out of cash except for one we found that only dispensed 50k notes. So we needed the cash but he kept insisting so I had to be firm. And then he’s fussing around with bills with the bar when I told him I had 3 beers and Oreo’s from the room but he’s asking me to wait for an additional invoice. All a waste of time and he didn’t even add everything up already. He was clueless like the others. We booked the boat with reception yesterday and they arrived 20 mins late. We didn’t say anything. When I booked the boat for today I insisted that it should arrive at 9:30 as we had a ferry booked (and we had issues at Gili T with them finding our tickets just now hence having plenty of time). And regardless, if we say and insist on a time, that should happen. But they arrived 25 mins late again today. I asked the reception to bring our bags to the beach so they are ready to be loaded onto the boat and he said “ I will, I will”. But I had to ask him 5 times to do it! That’s not okay that’s he’s arguing with me about it. The boat was there I could see it and he’s just discussing. Also from what the person was saying, they have had plenty of issues with this boat person being late and yet theyre still using them? He told me to speak with them about being late, but that’s not for me to do - this is the hotel’s responsibility. No manager intervened at any point! N

We stayed here for five nights it is a lovely place to stay and the snookering is amazing as you have turtles just off the beach. I gave it a three star because the food really let it down. The breakfast is terrible and the lunch and dinner is terrible. The food looks nothing like the pictures on there social media. And the chef’s are not chefs.

An indescribable experience at Meno House! The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and incredibly comfortable. There are only 6 villas at Meno House so there was plenty of privacy and personal space between guests. At times it would feel like you would have the entire resort to yourself! The staff were incredibly friendly and helped us with arranging transport to get to Meno House, activities whilst we were there, and helping us get back to the airport following our stay. The restaurant is excellent as well. They mentioned they had recently updated their breakfast menu and it showed. Much like eating at a cafe back in Australia. Lunch and dinner were a nice mix of Western and Asian dishes and they mentioned they're in the process of updating these menu's too. All in all, a great 5 star stay. would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was very clean, organized, spacious, and right by the sea. The outdoor shower was an exceptional experience. The beachfront restaurant, located very close by, allows for every meal to be enjoyed on the balcony. The food and drinks are excellent. The staff is extremely courteous and attentive, always concerned about our well-being. Amazing pool and location. We swam with turtles just a few meters from the hotel, using equipment provided by them.

Meno house was the perfect spot for a relaxing couple of days . We visited here as part of our honeymoon and it didn’t disappoint. The room was clean and modern and the staff were all fab. The views are something else and it’s so quiet. Would def recommend.

We just spent 4 nights at Meno House and had a wonderful time. Meno house beach has some of the nicest white sand on the whole island. First day I got in the water with my snorkeling gear and saw the first of many turtles just 20 meters from the beach. The rooms was beautiful, everything was impeccably clean and the staff were super kind and helpful from start to finish. Free bikes and snorkeling equipment was also a nice bonus. If you can’t relax here then you won’t be able to relax anywhere.

Perfect beach escape to this stunning adults only boutique hotel on the quietest of the Gili islands. We spent our anniversary here and enjoyed the beautiful hotel, the great imported wine, the amazing food and the stunning scenery. We were watching from the beach and then swimming with the turtles right out the front of the hotel. The staff are amazing and you really need to make this your hotel if you are travelling to the Gili islands. We will be back and thanks to the entire team for a great stay.

Beautiful rooms, beautiful location, beds were super comfortable. Food was great, especially the fresh seafood bbq. All the staff were incredibly friendly. Would highly recommend for a relaxing holiday

Meno house might be one of our top 3 resorts ever. A very peaceful and tranquil place with nice staff and very service minded manager. It’s located in the northern part of Meno Island and during our stay (1 week) the prevailing wind gave us a nice breeze during daytime and calm evenings. The beach is fairly clean (no litter but some corals and see grass) and just outside the shoreline you can see turtles and nice little colorful-fishes. The resort provide you with snorkeling gear for free. Food and drinks are well prepared and tasty. The 6 rooms are nice and clean and each has a little veranda close to the pool. The only thing we were missing was a reading lamp at the bed. We highly recommend this resort if you looking for a nice and peaceful stay.

We loved it. The poolroom was beautiful and spacious, with a great outdoor shower. And a wonderful shower with a beautiful view over a beautiful courtyard. It is a small hotel with 6 rooms. Everything is kept very clean. There are a large amount of beach chairs available. In front of the door is a reef where you can snorkel very well. We were dropped off in front of the door on the beach with the speedboat.

We stayed 3 nights at the Meno House and really loved this place. Having walked around the island, this is most likely the best place Gili Meno has to offer. With only six rooms (small villas) this is a small place and at times feels more like visiting a friends place rather than a hotel. Everyone is very friendly and sincerely cares to make your stay enjoyable. Pre-arrival communication through WhatsApp was excellent and the team arranged our transfers from and to Lombok and equally catered for all the small changes we made to that. With their private transfers, the speedboat drops you on the beach right in front of the hotel instead of the main pier for the island. The rooms are spacious and functional with a very nice shower outside. They provide shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, but if you need body lotion make sure to bring that. They only small thing I was missing, was reading lamps at the bed. Especially during those short rain showers, the spacious terrace with daybed and chairs with table under a roof are very comfortable. We had all our meals at the property and they were all very good. As it was low season, they were a little short on the variety of wines available. But together with them we were always able to work out suitable alternatives. The breakfast portions, as others also mentioned, were a little on the small side. For dinner the team is happy to set your table up literally anywhere. Throughout the entire place, you can clearly see that the owners (and their team) put in a lot of love and attention to detail. If you’re visiting the Gili’s, I can highly recommend to stay here!

If you are visiting Gili Meno this is the only luxurious option without been overpriced. We took villa 1 beach front which was very beautiful i highly recommend and extremely clean in fact they clean twice a day. Its boutique hotel with only a few rooms it does makes at more special.
