I liked the convenience and quality of service at this property. A bonus for me was oat milk for my morning coffee.

It was clean with nice comfotable rooms. The breakfast was great and we loved the pool and hottub. Will stay there again the next time in town.

Nice warm breakfast. Tea and water available anytime. Would prefer they offered 2 option of pillow sizes instead of 4 of the same size.

The staff was amazing, always asking how we were, if we needed anything. We were there for my husband to have major surgery so I really appreciated the friendliness during such a stressful time. Only bad thing was the first night it was so noisy in the hallway that it felt like their was a party in our room. I think there was a youth hockey tournament. We were so tired we fell asleep regardless lol. Great hotel, fantastic staff and good breakfast choices

I likes the place… Clean. Was very disappointed with the WI-FI security that was lacking. Had to go to a coffee shop to get secure wi-fi.

New hotel, high ceilings and very spacious rooms. Great amenities, and the morning breakfast smelled amazing.

Property and the amenities are new and very nice. However, my room was very cold, the heater was blowing cold air and the thermostat was showing 16*C while outside were -27*C, I tried increasing the temperature but no luck. Also, the wifi didn’t work.

The hotel is new and in great condition but not a lot of amenities and dining around the hotel

Rooms were nice, breakfast was good but the hotel was very busy and the pool is small and loud when full. Seemed to be an issue with enough towels in the hotel. 0 in the pool area and only 3 in the room when we booked in with 4 people.

Our room was clean and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub area was also clean and well appointed. The staff at desk were all welcoming and helpful. A superior newer total in Penticton.
