Checked into Comfort Suites late in the evening and were greeted by a wonderful front desk staff member ”Caesar Hayes”! what a gem of an employee you have! this young man was prompt, and checked both of our parties immediately. He gave us bottled water and was just very personable and efficient. This young man deserves a raise. The hotel was very clean, and the room was very clean as well. The beds are very comfortable and slept very well feeling very safe and secure! A great place to stay !!!!
Holiday Inn Express Peoria North - Glendale

To summerize... Yikes. I have stayed in Holiday Inns across the world and this is the worst. Even Jakarta does a better job. I had to call the front desk because someone was trying to kick down a door down the hall. There was a full-on domestic dispute another night. The room was also bad... really bad. The room was falling apart with freshly covered but unpainted holes everywhere. Doors and walls in the corridor are chipped. The security door to the back parking lot (the one that is supposed to be locked 24/7 ”for your safety) is missing a latch and doesn't lock. Many latches don't work at all. I felt uncomfortable leaving any valuables in the room when I went out. Breakfast was complete one day, but every day after that had less and less to offer until the last day, there was nothing but bananas and cereal. Beds and room were clean on arrival and the front desk staff were the usual good Holiday Inn standard but this place is a wreck. I really like this hotel chain and will continue to stay at Holiday Inns around the world, but this place should be taken off the market. I expect this kind of low quality/dodgy vibes from low-cost motels, but not from this hotel group. For as much as you need to pay you can do better than this property.

Stayed this past weekend (late April) and had booked the ” 1 KING BED 1BDRM SUITE NONSMOKING” one month prior. That room title is the exact listing from the hotel website. Upon checking in and arriving to the room I found out that I had a king bed studio room. I asked the front desk about the suite I booked and was told that the hotel does not have suites, as it is a ”Hampton Inn” and not a ”Hampton Inn and Suites”. I mentioned the 1-bedroom suite that I booked and showed the front desk the reservation and the website description, but was told that is incorrect. They informed me that the room I got was a ”larger” than standard room, although I can't confirm because I only saw the one room. I was assured that I had the best room type in the hotel, even though it was not what I booked. I specifically booked this room because it was listed as 1-bedroom suite, which I needed for my family, while also paying a higher price than the standard room. Had I known this was studio I would not have stayed at this hotel as I could have stayed at another Hampton or Homewood at Westgate. I have confirmed those hotels do have suites. At the point of check-in I couldn't relocate due to the time, effort, and the same day price difference at other hotels would have been too much, so it was not worth it to move. Needless to say, I was disappointed at the false advertising on the room listing and that the front desk could not do anything to help. Otherwise, there were no issues at the hotel. It is a standard Hampton, nothing exceptionally good or bad to report, just average. It is located in a very busy shopping area near Arrowhead mall and Peoria sports complex with a lot of shipping and restaurant options within walking distance or a very short drive.
