The environment was immaculately clean. A huge bonus was being able to watch the sunrise over Mount Everest right from the property in the morning! We contacted the owner beforehand, and they were very helpful in arranging the shuttle service to Mount Everest. After our trek down, we were treated to some absolutely delicious yak hotpot – what a perfect and satisfying meal! And their sweet tea? Hands down the best I've had since arriving in Tibet; it was perfectly sweet without being cloying. To top it all off, the owner personally came out to bid us farewell before we left, which was incredibly thoughtful and touching.

The hotel in Basong Village at the foot of Everest is unexpectedly good, especially clean and warm, and is the best accommodation experience after leaving Lhasa. And the boss family is particularly enthusiastic and takes a look at the starry sky. In the morning, I came back from Everest Base Camp and gave me hot sweet tea for free, as well as delicious barley cakes. If I have the opportunity to come to Everest again, I will come here for a stay.

A hidden gem hotel at the foot of Mount Everest, a must-stay! The rooms were clean, tidy, and odor-free. The 24-hour diffused oxygen supply and underfloor heating were incredibly thoughtful, alleviating my altitude sickness and allowing me to sleep soundly. The front desk staff were extremely welcoming. They arranged for the Everest shuttle bus, which was right outside the door, making it super convenient to get to base camp. The windows offered breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains. Hot water was plentiful, and toiletries were provided. Excellent value for money! A must-stay when visiting Everest; I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The hotel's exterior is stylish and grand, and stepping into the lobby, you're immediately enveloped in a warm atmosphere. The front desk staff were all smiles, incredibly welcoming and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was simply yet cozy, with soft, comfortable bedding – it felt like sleeping on a cloud! The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and all the facilities were spotless and brand new. A cleaning lady meticulously cleaned the room daily, leaving it spotless. The hotel's dining options were also outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious Chinese and Western breakfasts to satisfy every palate. The fitness center and swimming pool were fully equipped, perfect for a refreshing workout after a swim – instantly washing away all fatigue. Finally, check-out was equally smooth and quick. The entire stay was incredibly pleasant. I absolutely must recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone; I'll definitely stay here again next time!

[Eating] There is something to eat 100 meters away from the hotel. The dumpling restaurant we ate at was owned by a Northeastern man who made the dumplings with his own bread and the braised carp very authentically. [Everest Route] Brother Dorji, the hotel owner, answered all questions about the Everest route. After understanding our itinerary, he also put forward his own suggestions, including but not limited to departure time, ticket status, driving route (Tashi Zongxiang) When you arrive at Gangga Town, you should not turn back) etc. [Others] After giving advice, Brother Duoji also took the initiative to leave his contact information so that we could contact him anytime if we had any questions on the way. It was very considerate.

I didn't expect that this small county town can have this grade of hotel, the decoration style facilities are very similar to Atour. The hardware has reached, and the software service needs to be improved. For example, the service staff should take the initiative to greet passengers. The hotel has a free parking lot and a public parking lot opposite. We parked in our own parking lot behind the hotel during the insurance period. As a result, we found that the right front wheel was out of gas early the next morning, and we changed tires in high altitude areas in the rain. When I opened it to the repair shop for inspection, there was a big hole on the side of the tire. It should not be scratched during the driving period. It means that the safety of the parking lot is not guaranteed and security services need to be strengthened.

Parking is very convenient. The room is large. You can take a bath. The supplies are clean and tidy. The sky is not beautiful. I want to spend 120 waves. I haven't done my wish. The weather cleared the next day. I couldn't watch it on the spot. I will come back to Everest next time!
