The house was very clean, and the owner was very welcoming. The owner even helped me rent an electric scooter. The restaurant the owner recommended was also quite good; I ate there three times in a row. During my cycling trip along the northern loop, the weather was cloudy, and I hadn't brought enough clothes. The landlady kindly lent me some. The house was very clean, the rooms were spacious, and there was even a balcony. The house is very close to the beach, especially to Fairy Well, so getting up early in the morning can save you the entrance fee.

Sharing my experience at Sunrise East China Sea B&B Reasons for choosing: 1. Newly opened in 2024, with relatively new facilities. 2. Conveniently located within a 10-20 minute walk of Tianmeiao Beach. Highlights: - Brand new rooms, fully equipped with laundry and drying areas. - Excellent value for money, with affordable prices. - The hostess was friendly and welcoming, even offering a ride to the beach on her bicycle. Tips: The path leading to the B&B is the one in the last photo (near the small garbage station, flanked by wildflowers and grass). Mosquitoes are common in the evening, so please take precautions.

Just finished the pleasant trip to this sea view inn, my heart is full of nostalgia and aftertaste. The seafood food that can be served is fresh and delicious, rich in variety, and perfectly presents the unique charm of Pingtan. The inn is built on the sea, and each room can enjoy the invincible sea view, as if you are in a fairyland on earth. The hotel facilities are modern and complete, the room layout is very tasteful, and the details show human care. In particular, I would like to praise the service. Whether it is the booking, check-in or check-out process, the whole process is very warm. This stay experience exceeded my expectations and I really recommend it to all travelers.

Excellent services. They offer us an upgraded room as the air-condition in the room originally booked is malfunction. They help to bring the suitcases up/down the stairs, and recommended the place for lunch. The restaurant is a good selection and we went back for dinner ! Breakfast is freshly prepared, well presented and tasty😋. The downsides are bathroom towels are disposable and the bathroom partitions are opaque and doesn’t provide proper privacy 🫩

It is a very warm homestay! From the boss to the staff, they are all very enthusiastic! The weather suddenly turned sunny the next day and it was very beautiful! It is really a great place to watch the sunset! The room is clean and hygienic, just next to Changjiangao Beach, very close to the beach, and there are many food nearby! It was a very satisfying experience. Although there was nothing to do as a result of Typhoon Shantol, the only activity was to climb to the top of the mountain observation deck with my parents, but we were almost blown away by the typhoon. But the B&B is really impeccable, the food is delicious, the rooms are great, and the service is beyond praise. If I have the chance to come to Pingtan again, I will undoubtedly choose his place first.

It was my first time to come to Pingtan. Before I checked into the hotel, I was told that because the proprietress and brother were having a wedding, we were afraid that the 6th building we were staying in would be noisy, so we moved to the 11th building. Although there were some hiccups in the middle, the overall feeling was very good and it was very convenient to travel. The next day We were also upgraded to a suite for free. This hotel was so nice, even better than the pictures online. I think it is worth staying in this area to be amongst the quaint and characteristic buildings on the island. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was lovely with strong water. Great views surrounding the hotel. The young man who worked there was helpful, and polite. Such good service. There is a dongbei bbq and a really cute drink shop near by.
