I think it’s a Chinese boss. I feel like I’m still in China in their apartment. It’s all in Chinese. I heard that it’s the first time I lived in their house. The front desk actually upgraded me to an executive suite. Oh, I’m going. The kitchen and all self-service washing machines must be praised! There is a 24h supermarket downstairs, and you can also play golf on the second floor. I went to look for tea when the guests came at noon. I asked the front desk. There is a tea room, which is very convenient. It seems that I can live here when I come back to work.

We reserved a suite and a connecting room for our children. It felt as if we were in a flat. We stayed one week. We asked for a view on the Royal Palace, which I highly recommend. Hotel is very new and extremely comfortable and luxurious, staff very friendly and professional. Special mention for Sotheavy Hem in the breakfast lounge, dynamic and always ready to help and to the enthusiastic Srini. As othet reviews mentioned hotel is ideally placed. Hotel was above my expectations and I can only recommend to stay there.

I had the most wonderful weekend at the Himawari Hotel and Apartments. I stayed at one of the newly renovated rooms and it was really great! I had a nice view of the Mekong river. The showers have good water pressure too. I was also impressed at the staff of the hotel. Incredibly polite and courteous, which put a smile on my face always. As a return guest, I was so pleased that some of the longer serving staff remembered me! It made me feel at home and that Himawari is one big family ❤️ I’ve always enjoyed my meals at the Oyster restaurant too. Buffet breakfast always excellent, as well as their regular menu. My favorite are the fish and chips (as good as any high end restaurants I’ve been too) and the beef Lok Lak over rice. Overall, I highly recommend staying at the Himawari when you’re visiting Phnom Penh. I’ll be looking forward to returning in the future!

I recently stayed in Anik Palace Hotel with my Team of 30 pax. We were there to participate in SEAGAMES 2023, Cambodia. My team enjoyed and had a great time at the hotel. The service was marvelous. The front desk /Food &Dining service is almost perfect! We couldn't think of anything to have to complain. With such a big team, everything requested and required was almost solved immediately. Thumbs up to all the management and staff of the hotel. Malaysia Petanque Team had a GREAT STAY. We highly recommend this hotel to other TRAVELLERS and we will come back for our next visit.

I would have given this hotel a 5* rating but be of the reasons we booked it was for the pool and sky bar; the sky bar advertised isn’t open and the pool doesn’t have towels or a bar. Also the coffee corner in reception is closed so we had to eat and drink elsewhere and spent little time there. It’s a shame because the staff were lovely from the receptionist to the cleaners. This has a more traditional interior which I like a lot and although Covid has obviously had an effect on their facilities, the place is clean and looked after. There is a really good view of Phnom Penh from the pool, worth a look when it’s all lit up. The location is great too. Bassac lane is within walking distance and it’s pretty much central to most attractions.

I’d recently spent one night at the Patio Hotel. The building is located on a side alley not visible from the main road. It is nevertheless very centrally located once you get your orientation of the city. I checked in to a room on the 3rd floor with not much of a view (looking into the side walls of other blocks). The room itself is of a average size, it was clean and fairly quiet. Wifi and aircon worked well. The shower head was easy to operate. Bed was firm and I had a good night sleep. The star feature of this hotel is the roof terrace which houses the breakfast restaurant and swimming pool. Very pleasant view all round in the morning. Breakfast was simple but sufficient for me. Staff are friendly and helpful. They gave me a good recommendation of a Khmer restaurant which I had duly visited for dinner that evening. Overall it’s a very centrally located hotel for budget travellers.

My wife and I had a pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriott in Phnom Penh. They maintain the Marriott world-class standards at this location. Breakfast was outstanding, and executive lounge was one of the best. The executive lounge staff was courteous and professional. They made us feel welcome and well cared for. Mr. Russell (Zillur Rohoman) made sure that we had mangos every morning. Mr. Ravinder Singh Manhas and Ms. Sreytouch Tep went out of their way to make our stay more pleasant and comfortable. Thanks. The front has cafe and good espresso machine. The interior of the inside and room are same as the picture on travel information app. I loved their lighting. You can choose how bright to dim you want. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room I was assigned at first, smell of cigarettes was strong and they upgraded me to another room immediately. The hot water machine didn't work on my 1st night, they fixed right away. But there's always you have to take a trade-off; the range of around lower $20 with a gym was too good to be true. The gym only worked for weight machine, non for aerobics exercise machines. Otherwise the location is right in the middle of the central city zone. The area becoming to be more commercialized with upgraded stores; there are less and less mompop shops anymore.

As I stepped out of the tuk tuk struggling with my carry on, a guard from the hotel hurriedly came up and took my carry on up the stairs, and then another young man opened the door to the beautiful spacious inviting lobby of the hotel : the young girls at the desk Oun Samnang and the Manager Ms. Seng quickly attended to my registration, while a cold welcoming drink and a moist hand towel was given to me to be refreshed from the hot ride to the hotel! I was asked if I wanted to know more about what was in the neighbourhood area that I would like to visit and I assented: important detail here: I was asked first which was quite perceptive since anyone coming in tired would be too tired to listen! I was quickly shown to my spacious room which was clean, cool and smelled heavenly! I was here for a staycation away from the bustle and hustle of the city with its loud construction sounds: - ALL staff very attentive: from the pool cleaner to the hotel maintenance cleaners: thank you - I had fresh fruit awaiting me when I went up to the room: there was glass bottle with water and a refill station downstairs if needed more: very environmentally conscious ! BRAVO for this! - the safety box gave me trouble and immediately the manager and staff came up and within minutes helped me - it was found out that somehow I was double booked from my online booking, and the manager who discovered it quickly pointed this out because she did not want me to be charged twice on my credit card: I was very impressed with her attention to detail ( I will not know yet how this will be solved since I booked online through Agoda) Breaking news: Manager Seng solved that for me and I was not charged! VERY GRATEFUL AND THANK YOU Manager Seng! - the French cafe Le Cafe at White Mansion＞: cannot say enough about the staff there and the manager Ms.Sokunthy of that cafe: breakfast was delicious: coffee hot like I want and not warm as in other hotels: attention being given to even down to the bread knife for the baguette! Even if I just wanted great desserts and coffee, a place to work, I can always come to the cafe here on my day off! They graciously brought out my breakfast to the pool side area for me! - the room: amenities good: I like the idea of liquid soap rather than the little soaps given at other hotels! AND there is a blow dryer in the room! - I am an early riser: so happy that breakfast which was included began at 6:30 - at ‘turn down’ for the bed around 6, freshly baked delicious cookies were brought to the room! Cons: - it is an international hotel: so smoking is allowed everywhere: so a positive for smokers but a non-smoker who is allergic to cigarette smoke, I had to shorten my times at the pool because of this -

We stayed here for 3 weeks while on vacation and what a gem of a place it is!! Lovely pool, surrounded by trees and has a bar and restaurant. Our buffet breakfast was included, and it has a good range of food, coffee and teas included. The bar and wait staff were amazing. Satana (Restaurant supervisor) and her team Soklen, Dolla and Clinton made us feel so at home and nothing was too much trouble for them. They went to extraordinary lengths to make sure everyone was well fed and happy. The restaurant is pretty good too and they have a large range of Asian and Western foods available. They also made great cocktails and the 3rd one is free during happy ”hours”. Our rooms were cleaned thoroughly and hotel itself is very clean throughout. Very safe and lots of tuk tuks outside. It is very close to quite a few bars and restaurants as well. The only issue we had was when we arrived the amount we paid wasn't in full and we had a hefty bill on checkout. Apparently they only charge a part payment for long stayers. Yes we should have checked properly too, that's jetlag for you. But we will definitely go back there.
