We reserved a suite and a connecting room for our children. It felt as if we were in a flat. We stayed one week. We asked for a view on the Royal Palace, which I highly recommend. Hotel is very new and extremely comfortable and luxurious, staff very friendly and professional. Special mention for Sotheavy Hem in the breakfast lounge, dynamic and always ready to help and to the enthusiastic Srini. As othet reviews mentioned hotel is ideally placed. The room is so big, the bed is so big, the bathroom is so big, what river is outside the bathtub window? Watch the ferries come and go. The scenery is really nice, and the swimming pool is so comfortable. The food in the hotel is delicious, the Japanese food on the 19th floor, the restaurant on the top floor, and the restaurant on the 𠃊 floor are all delicious. It costs 15 dollars to go to the palace on the other side by taxi, and 500 Cambodian currency (less than one yuan) to go to the other side by ferry, just don’t get on the wrong boat when you come back.

Both day shift and night shift staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed here twice in a standard king room. Both our rooms had everything working just fine. Clean, fresh linens and excellent lighting. Segregated shower area with good hot water and pressure. The buffet breakfast for me was fried eggs/omelet, bacon and toast. Enough to last me all day. I used the hotel's taxi contact twice, to Sihanoukville and to the airport. Prices were equal to anything you can find online. I recommend. Your guaranteed a comfortable stay at this hotel.

On arrival I was slightly underwhelmed; the reception area is pretty basic. But the room was absolutely delightful, plenty of space, a superbly comfy bed, lovely views out over the river (and a balcony to enjoy it from) and stylish but simple decor. Spotlessly cleaned by the lovely housekeeping staff. I felt that I'd landed in heaven. Reception staff were super-helpful (although English was a bit limited) and breakfast (in the adjoining restaurant) was super. Staff were wonderful, the food selection was a bit limited I guess, but the service, quality of food and presentation made up for it. There aren't THAT many rooms, and I think I was probably lucky to be able to have been able to book at short notice just a day or two before my stay) and the price I paid was fantastically reasonable for the standard of accommodation. The rooftop bar/restaurant, with a bit of a breeze and a beer in the early evening was super too; with a wide range of locals and visitors. I should also add that the hotel is within a short tuk-tuk ride of all the major Phnom Penh attractions. Thank you so much, team. I hope very much to return some day, it was a splendid experience.

Upon reaching the hotel, I was not pleased with the outside and the lobby was not what I had been hoping for. However, after I took the lift to my floor and stepped out, I was pleasantly surprised. It was very well renovated and the room was surprisingly clean and felt like it was more than what I had paid for. Definitely value for money. The breakfast was decent but of course not as same as those lavished 5 stars international hotels For the price that I have paid, I have nothing to complain about. The staffs could speak English and Mandarin so that made the communication much easier. Distance to the airport is about 10km. I will stay there again if I need to visit Cambodia next time.

The hotel is located in the heart of a red light district, so if you are looking for lots of bars, this location is perfect! Having said that, the room itself was very quiet. Small room, but clean and comfortable. 3 downsides to the room: the wifi was terrible, to the point where I would go to the Burger King next door to use their WiFi; the shower was not very powerful and would only reach lukewarm; and the entrance was weird. the hotel is over a restaurant, so when you want to come or go after hours, the large metal is pulled down so you have to get the attendant to open it for you. but if what you are looking for is a place to crash after a night of heavy drinking, this is definitely a good place. half hour ride from the airport, half hour tuktuk ride to killing fields, and 15 minutes to the bus station. and you are directly across from the river, so there are lots of boat tours of the Mekong within walking distance as well.

Leo runs a first class hotel. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights on two separate reservations, and had to switch rooms before our final night. My wife left some difficult to replace cosmetics in the first room, and didn’t realize until many hours later that she had left them. The staff went to great lengths to chase down those items and returned them to my wife. The loft is a great room and is worth the extra money compared to the most basic room. The balcony is very comfortable with a great view of the river, some even have large fans to help keep you cool. The room itself is very modern, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. You can tell that Leo put a great deal of thought into this place. It is the only place I will stay when I am in Phnom Penh.

Tooms are really chic loved it. Breakfast is surprisingly lacklustre there's no live stations seems more of a 3 star hotel buffet than 4. Coffee tasted like it was mixed with cocoa. My rooms Card Reader has issues every now and then the rooms electricity would just turn off then back on again weird. Gym is stacked well and the hotel pool covers a great view. Wouldn't recommend eating in cos prices are steep when there's restaurants all around. There's a security deposit of $50 which you can either substitute with your passport. Good stay but the electricity cuts out me off.
