We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. My children and I enjoyed the on-site water park. The rooms were lovely and clean. We plan to make this our go to place to rent. I wish check in was earlier than 6pm but other than that everything was good.

Property layout is confusing
Check in experience was great but the overall service standards for a resort was definitely below satisfactory. The water collections were nice but I think I may choose a different resort in the future

The property is well-kept. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. But the food service is the worst I’ve seen anywhere. We wanted room service, because of my husband’s bad back. They wouldn’t answer the phone or call me back after multiple attempts at two mealtimes. So we went down to the grill for breakfast, and it took twenty minutes to be seated, and another thirty to be served. And it wasn’t that crowded. If you go, eat somewhere else!

Poor service, limited dining options. Resort was crowded and there was not enough service personnel. Waited over 50 minutes for breakfast order. No one would answer the phone for room service or dining options by the pool. Some of the personnel was very rude. Would not recommend this resort nor return.

Great resort but the only issue I had was the rooms are a little outdated and carpet has a weird smell. The fact you have to rent a microwave for $10 bucks a night was a turn off. The pools are nice and friendly staff.

It’s a classic beautiful expansive property! Just a terrific place to stay every time we’re in Phoenix area. Centrally located but not only reason its an excellent choice.

Property grounds were beautiful and staff was friendly and helpful. Room needs to be updated - specifically the bathroom. Seems outdated and the window with shutters on it in the shower looking out to the hotel hallway was a bit odd.
