We appreciated the location as it was within walking distance of the ASU downtown campus, coffee shops and restaurants. Our main complaint was how thin the walls were - we had people in rooms near us up very late at night and up early in the morning. We could hear everything and did not appreciate the lost hours of sleep.

Breakfast was mediocre, bacon was burned in crumbles, over cooked powdered eggs.

My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good bar and restaurant options are plentiful in the area just north of the hotel, very walkable and safe.

The location was quite clean. The Front Desk staff were super helpful, courteous and friendly. Liked their holiday decor as well...simple but elegant.
