We enjoyed our stay here. It was a bit difficult to get to and we couldn’t get a Grab on the way out. Staff was friendly, however a bit too attentive at the hot springs making it difficult to relax.

1. It’s rather far from the centre (30km)
2. Small room is ok. But the bathroom is too small.
3. Spa service quality is fine BUT they’re too strictly about the time. You have 30minute free service in spa, if you book spa at a time and you’re late, they won’t let you get enough 30 minut. You’ll lost the time as much as the time you’re late. I’m unhappy about it. Morever, massage qualifty is normal
4. Other services are not attractive to me
It’s too expensive with these services and this quality
So just once time for experience, I won’t comeback

It's so satisfying and nice to be able to spend time with nature.
There were many different programs to choose from.
One downside is that it is far from downtown.

Magically picturesque and tranquilly grounding, this resort had everything I needed for the six nights I was here on yoga retreat with an amazing group of women. Decadent indulgence in the Spa offerings of daily Onsen, reflexology, and additional treatments assisted melting into deep relaxation and letting go. This place had it all! I highly suggest the Siamese Healing Treatment. The staff were above and beyond, catering to every request. Nyoman is amazing, the Spa staff, and Madam Chau’s restaurant staff even went as far as learning how to make masala chai for us each day! Hiking through the jungle in tropical rainfall was spectacular, coming to a natural waterfall and pool to swim in, and just basking in this stunning landscape was the most pampered experience. I would come back in a heartbeat 💗

I can’t recommend Alba highly enough! The experience was special from start to finish. All the staff were amazing and extremely friendly. They couldn’t do enough for you. Every single staff member I spoke to or interacted with was so professional and so lovely, all wanting to ensure you were having the best time at Alba. All the facilities were amazing, the Onsen, the hot springs, the spa, all the treatments were amazing and the rooms were gorgeous. I felt so relaxed and zen from the moment I got there. Nestled in the post peaceful, tranquil surroundings, this place really is a hidden gem. I’ve stayed in a lot of places over the years. This one has to be one of my favourites. It was such a relaxing, special experience, I can’t wait to go back. If you stay here, you won’t regret it. I wish I could give it 10 stars, not 5! Thank you and can’t wait to come back, I’ll be booking another trip there soon.

The most serene and calm location with beautiful staff that go over and above to accommodate their guests. I truly am speechless about this place! EVERYTHING was done so well and with so much love and consideration. Such a calm, tranquil, special special place 🙏

What a pleasure to experience Alba Wellness Valley as a family after a few days visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Hué is a must-visit city for its rich cultural heritage and healthy cuisine with great vegetarian options. Make sure to stay at this haven of Tranquility with Hot Springs, Onsen, Yoga, meditation sessions from dawn to dusk. The cottage was spacious with two bedrooms, bathrooms and an extra tropical shower outside. So many activities for the whole family in these vast property, from the Spa with great massages to melt the fatigue of travel, revitalizing hot mineral springs to soak, Japanese onsen to enjoy me-time, and a fun zip line and high wire for kids and parents ;-) It’s ALL there, and so much more! I fully understand why they have won so many awards as Wellness Champions!

It was our first time to Vietnam and it did not disappoint. We bought our package through luxury escapes and loved every second of it. Throughout our stay the staff were exceptional in their service. They were extremely attentive and very accomodating to our needs. The resort itself is constructed beautifully and the surrounding gardens are gorgeous and lush. We throughly enjoyed our daily access to the thermal springs and made the most of of it while we were there. Big shout out of the team who looked after us and Than. We will definitely see you all again. Thank you.
