The staff are very kind and helpful. The room I stayed in was large, clean and had the amenities I required. The balcony was very nice. The location of the hotel is close to a public beach, restaurants, an ATM and a convenience store. The neighbourhood is very quiet. I recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at Rosa Hotel. It was in a great location, easy to walk to everything. The beach is just 5 minutes walk away. The staff were really friendly and attentive and the room was spotless and really comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

The location is relatively close to Phu Quoc Island Night Market. It is very convenient to eat. There are currency exchange points nearby. It was very convenient on the first day when I arrived in Phu Quoc Island. The hotel facilities are very clean and the boss is very enthusiastic.

-very central on the island: you can reach every tourist attraction within an hour by car or scooter -very affordable -the staff and the hotel service is phenomenal because they try to fulfill every request or wish we have -we get 15% discount for the bubble tea shop next door -The A/C is very silent in our standard room therefore you can sleep well without getting distracted by the A/C noise -they provide rental scooters and a washing service for a small fee Overall very satisfied. Every amenity you need to sleep well is matched. We spend most of our days on the island exploring or chilling in resorts which can be accessed even though we are not guests of such. Best combination

This hotel had a very spacious room with a couch and desk, colorful murals on the wall, and a balcony with a view of the water. The bathroom was a little small. The bed was so nice and comfy after some very hard beds in Vietnam. That was a nice surprise. The beach was just down the hill, but there were better beaches further away. There was a very nice foot massage next door and a coffee shop, but otherwise not much around. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, but needed a car or taxi to get to places. You could walk to the market, but it was a pretty long walk - not for us older folk. The staff was very friendly and helpful and recommended places to eat and set up tours for us. I would highly recommend this hotel.

There’s trouble with hot water in the morning I tell them and they are fixed right away also they upright my bigger room without charge but I didn’t want Thanks The price ok not too bad I think will be back next time but don’t went I hope that time not too long

Uphill walk and many new building construction nearby. Next to coffee and cafe. Nice new room but just android TV. Friendly staff. It's a short walk away to night market and others shops along the main road.

It is such a cute little hotel! I loved my room, very clean and spacious and it had a great space to work also. I loved the cutest little balcony. The staff was incredible and very helpful. I would definitely recommend and come back!

Such an amazing hotel! My family spent 2 nights in Rosa hotel. Everything was perfect! I booked 1 room with balcony, 1 room with sea view. They upgraded to 2 sea view rooms without extra money. The rooms were clean, large and comfortable. The staff were friendly, nice and enthusiasm. They supported my family very well. Highly recommend !!!!
